Spectrum TV – Spectrum cable and internet

I live with other people and we split the bills, but Spectrum has been pulling money out of peoples accounts illegally forcing us to dispute charges. Not a small amount either. close to 1000 dollars. Then after that, just out of spite, they tried to send a technician, who no one put a work order in for here, to this address just so they can add it to the bill. We got that removed, but then they snuck in other charges which were for disputing the money being pulled out illegally. I might be filing a report with the BBB about this as well because this is extortion, and it should be illegal. Just because they are hiding behind an LLC does not make it ok.

I am going to get people here to try to switch to AT&T now because they have faster speeds and will even pay our cancellation fee at spectrum in full for switching. Spectrum has become a mafia or crime syndicate so if any of you are looking to purchase internet, I would highly recommend avoiding spectrum if you can. Very unethical business practices and they are willing to put you homeless on the street just to break the law and get away with it. Out of fear of retaliation I cannot add more information because they will add more charges to our bill out of spite.
