After 8 months of Kevin Smith stringing me along “your spa will be on the third from next shipment” I had VISA stop payment and they refunded my money within a couple days. Then I let him know I would still be willing to purchase the spa (if it arrived before his business failed) he berated me and refused to sell me that spa. Who knows if it will ever arrive! I am shocked and horrified that someone like him is still in business. Seems very suspicious that he keeps having half price sales when the hot tubs aren’t available…? Criminal!

Desired outcome: Would have lived to have had the option of seeing the deal thru. For some reason he feels he should be able to play with customers money for months/years and we should be ok with that! Protective yourself this company is not honest!
