Very unsatisfied in the manner that Toyota handles late payments. No payment reminders or late payment notification, especially for the first time of a missed payment.
Auto-payment was already in effect.
Your staff is very rude at the time of speaking to a customer.
At the time of calling a customer, it is the callers responsibility to introduce themselves before demanding information from the customer.
