I refer to my email of 27 May 2020, in regard to recinding TV License 126144120, in name of Mrs MA Malan.
I refer to my email of 24 November 2025, in the following terms:
“CM251124_Unethical demand for TV license fees from aged non holder
Why are you demanding unethically though your debt collecting agents my aged mother of 88 years (371123 0101 080), who resides in a retirement homes for years for a TV license, when she does not possess a TV This is unacceptable and is elder abuse. Your unethical conduct should be passed on to complaints department internally and externally.“
This email is in response to threatening demand from your legally incompetent debt collecting agents who is sending threatening sms as follows:
“Mrs MA Malan, Please call HC on 0871587955 for a payment plan for the settlement of R592.00 or pay via https://payat.io/qr/11303304672744 TVLic 304672744“
Claimed loss: Stop the elder abuse and harassment of the elderly!! No shame. No decency!
Desired outcome: The abused Elderly woman is removed from the list of persons holding a tv license and all unlawful arrear claims withdrawn.
