I purchased Sony Bravia LED TV Model number - KDL - 32Ex420 on 25th Dec 2011 from Sahni Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (Shop No. 248, IInd Floor, Ambience Mall Gurgaon).
The dealer had provided provide me wrong remote control i.e. he had provided remote control of LCD TV instead of LED TV. I had already visited over many times, but he isn’t providing correct remote control.
Also i had called up your customer care helpline [protected] for the same issues to register a complaint regarding this issue. But to my dismay the CCE (Shashank) over their denied to register a complaint regarding the issue. When the call was transferred to supervisor on my request, the supervisor (Jaiprakash) talked in very rude & derogatory manner & denied to help in any manner. Also when i asked his designation he replied that he won’t answer any stupid question & denied to reveal his designation.
I can’t understand is this the way you treat your customers?
I would like to strongly condemn the way your customer care people handles the customers. If possible try to listen to the call, you must come to know the ground realities of the services that you are providing to your customers.

My issue was with LCD that Sony replaced.. The replacement sent started to mess up then Sony sent a refurbished. When the refurbished model showed up it would not turn on. When I called "Sony Listens" to complain they were EXTREMELY rude and offered to "fox" the current TV but we have already been told the panel is out on the current TV and it's not fixable. After speaking with Sarah Kebler, the rudest person u will ever meet, I was told that was the final and only offer which was to "repair" an unrepairable TV..
I went to twitter to complain and within 20 minutes Sony responded. Is twitter @sonylistens asking if this was "Brandon" and I said yes then 5 minutes later Sony had my account suspended with Twitter.. Sony is a horrible horrible company.. They have child laborers make the TVs for $200 and sell the piece of junk for over $2k. The TVs are supposed to last 6-7 years but u will be lucky to get 2 good years out of your LED LCD. The driver that brought the refurb TV said he has delivered and removed at least 10 of the same model TV we have a week from Sony customer homes..
Bought player in summer did not install in daughters car untill dec. When installed did not work . Sent back to sony they said it was coroaded . I never had it out of box what did i do leave it in the rain. But they sent it back not fixed.
DO NOT PURCHASE Sony products. After purchasing our fourth VAIO, this one is a complete lemon. The fourth failure has occurred within 11 months. They will not replace it nor extend the warranty. I recently had to return a high end BR player as well. This once sterling brand has lost its way, and is now tarnished. The lack of caring support is even more troubling. They have lost a formerly dedicated customer. Some of my relatives tried to tell me of their recent bad experiences with the Sony products, but I didn't listen. I am now.
SONY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND I WAS RECENTLY THREATENED BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTAIVE WITH A LAW SUITE IF I WENT PUBLIC WITH THIS COMPLAINT. SO SONY LETS SEE IF YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO CARRY THRU ON YOUR REPS THREAT.
I purchased a Sony KDS-60AL120 three years ago that has required 3 projection bulbs in less than 3 years to be replace and now the optical block is going bad. The optical block cost $1, 500 dollars and Sony is aware of the problem and recently lost a class action law suite pertaining to the optical block failure and is now offering 2 replacement television sets to consumers that own televisions with optical block failures. The consumers that have accepted this offer from Sony are rating these replacement television sets as being of a very poor quality for various reasons.
After several hours dealing with Sony customer service representatives I was threatened with legal action by Liz employee number C1LB on 1/5/2011 to stop me from going public with the fact that Sony knows they have a problem and that their customer service is the worse of the worst.
So Sony have at it and let’s just see who wins.
The Sony national customer service office is located in Ft Meyers Florida and the phone number is [protected] but don’t be surprised if you’re transferred to Manila Philippines. Anytime you call the priority support number at [protected] your calling the Philippines.
The Sony Executive Offices are located at 550 Madison Ave New York NY and the phone number is [protected]. Howard Stringer the CEO of Sony is sheltered from the public but I’m still tracking down where he lives in New York and his personal address to make public.
Nicole Seligman Executive Vice President is also general council for Sony her extension is 43 and her administrative assistant would not even provide her name and never called me back as she said she would.
Robert Wiesenthal is the Group Executive and his extension is 7750,
his administrative assistant is Cathy and she took all the info and never called me back as she started she would. I had to run a game with the receptionist in order to get the extension number of the above individuals because they will not put you thru to these individuals otherwise.
The best thing I can advise anyone is DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS because their customer service is the worst or the worst and I have the facts to prove it.
Sony Bravia 40" LCD is crap. Sony only offers 2 year extended warranty on their LCD TVs because the screen/controller goes bad after 3 years. All other LCD manufacturers offer 3 years in addition to 1 year with purchase (4 years total). Complaints to Sony Customer Care resulted in their resolution of offering me another 40" LCD at retail. I bought Sony because of their past quality. Well, the past is past, don't buy Sony unless you want to pay too much for a short lived product. They have a great picture but it doesn't last long, don't be fooled. Avoid SONY unless you have too much money.
I bought my zylo phone in Oct 2010.After using it for 6 months its displayed did not worked well.When I gave my phone to service center they said that they have changed some hardware.After that phone display was working well.But now after using it for 6 months I am facing the same problem with display(when I open the slider display becomes blue and my phone stops working).I heard that there is some problem with the first lot of the handset.I request company to change my handset.
I purchased Sony DSC-WX7/B camera from Reliance Digital, Kalyana Nagar, Bangalore on Saturday 17th Dec 2017. Sales person at Reliance Digital couldn't show me the demo as the Battery wasn't charged. Considering my previous experience with Sony (as I never had any issues with Sony products I am using so for) I took it home without Powering on the camera. When I switched on the camera at home after charging it, I was shocked to see that display was broken and the camera didn't switch on (you can see that defect only after switching on the camera). I took the camera back to Reliance Digital at Kalyana Nagar, Bangalore immediately on next day on 18th December, I got the second shock from the PRO of the stores after hearing that they can't help me in anyway and they can't give me the replacement and I have to take it to Sony service center for the service. I got completely cheated by Reliance Digital. Now, why should go behind service center for no fault of mine and I don't know whether Sony accepts that it's manufacturing/ handling defect. Now, I need justice for the money I have spent.

I hired this company and owner Matt F. did some of the work, but never completed it. He claims he underbid the work and it doesn't seem to be worth his time to finish tuckpointing my home. He promised over 25 times to come do work, and never showed up. He had me running out getting him supplies for him and then didn't have the proper equipment. I had to file a police report and he lied to the investigator about the situation. The work he did was of nice quality. I am the second customer I know of that he scammed.
My Sony Bravia Model KLV-32V400 bought about 23 Months back certainly developed problem of Negative Picture. I contacted M/S Rajmahal Service Center-Karnal ( Haryana ), Authorized Service Centre of Sony Bravia. The Service Engineer who visited my place informed that Screen panel is damaged and required to be changed. I personally handed over Television to the Service Centre on 09.11.2011. I was told that Estimate will be informed by 11.11.2011. I regret to point out that service center personal did not inform me the estimate. I personally went to the service center on 12.11.2011 and got the answer that estimate is not ready and they will inform me telephonically by 6 PM.
The same story repeated NO CALL from Service Center personals. Again on 14.11.2011 I personally visited SC ( Service Center ) and waited there for two hours to know the estimate. Finally The estimate of Rs. 11000.00 is informed. I requested them to repair the TV. The Staff at the counter is so rude and asked me to deposit minimum of Rs. 3000.00 if TV is to be got repaired. Unfortunately I had only Rs. 1000.00 in my purse, Borrowed Rs. 2000.00 from market and handed over to SC personal. ( Fail to understand why asking for advance whereas my TV worth Rs. 32000.00 is with them).
I was told that the TV will be repaired by 18.11.2011. The SC personals did not deem it fit to inform me whether TV is repaired or Not. I personally visiting SC from 19.11.11. till date to know the fate of my TV. To day i.e. on 22.11.2011 finally I made it a point to get my TV and advance back. The lady on the counter is so rude that she informed “if you get your TV and advance back, you will not be able to get it repaired any where in INDIA. We will damage it in such a position that it may require at least Rs. 40000.00 to get it repaired.”
I have all the doubts that certain important parts of my TV may have been removed my SC people.Is their any way to get my TV back in original condition. How can I get my TV back, since SC people refused to give me my TV Back.
My Sony Handycam camcorder when connected to the computer via USB data cable is not showing the media files that are currently on the hard disk of the camcorder but it is showing the media files that were in the hard disk earlier and are deleted afterwards... I want to import the files that are presently on the hard disk using Picture Motion Browser that is provided with the product.
I purchased a new Sony KDL52XBR9TV and just a couple of months after the 1 year warranty had expired, the TV started malfunctioning. Specifically, it started displaying a band of horizontal lines across the screen. I spoke to Sony's Customer Service Department and eventually the National Customer Service Department in Ft. Meyers, FL (which is their headquarters and the highest escalation team in their Customer Service Department) and they were unwilling to do anything whatsoever to remedy the problem. They actually had the nerve to suggest that I contact a Local Service Center and simply pay to get the TV repaired at my expense. They of course continued to reference the fact that the TV was out of warranty. I reminded them that if consumers were aware that all Sony TV's would fail just after the one year mark, I am pretty sure they would not sell very many TVs. Well this is exactly what's happening. They also said this was not a known issue to Sony. When I Googled this Make and Model TV, Google has so many complaints about this product that it pre-populates the search keywords with a list of additional words that reads: "complaints", "problems", "issues". When you click on any one of these search keywords what you find is hundreds of complaints for the exact same problem and all of the complaints reference the fact that Sony is hiding behind the warranty which coincidentally expires right before people start experiencing the problem. When I told Sony this, they said "these websites are not official Sony websites". I won't go to too much trouble explaining how ridiculous this response is. What I will say is that Sony is supposed to be a world class company that builds high quality products. I have some experience with Japanese culture and typically they are a proud people that take this sort of thing very seriously. Unfortunately those days seem to be gone because the product, the people behind the product and the brand in general is now crap. Bottom Line: BUY a Samsung! Their warranty may be similar but at least the product will last longer than 18 months!
I bought a Sony VAIO Laptop, model VGNFZ46OE, for almost 1700 dollars three years ago. The hard disk died six months after I got it. The laptop was still under warranty, so I sent it back and Sony replaced the drive.
About three months ago the screen started to fail, it showed color lines and sudden changes in the display esolution. I have a extended warranty plan (400 dollars for two years). I called and after asking me for details, they told me that they were sending a technician.
I was most impressed by this. The technician came and apparently repaired the laptop. Then one and a half weeks ago, the laptop just died. It does not power up at all. I called, expecting they were going to sent another technician. They refused and told me I had to sent the machine by mail to their repair place.
I called again and requested to speak with the supervisor. After a lot of prodding, he finally told me that they had sent the technician the first time only because the issue with the screen was due to a video card problem. Sony knew the VAIO laptop VGNFZ460 had this problem and had recalled the video card.
I was furious. I was never told about the issue, the recall or the real reason behind the problem. Now, I am sure there is something else wrong with my machine and have no confidence whatsoever in Sony to be honest and tell me what is the matter. This is the last time I buy any of their products, be it a computer or anything else.
I have submitted my DVD player at NEOSA ELECTRONICS (P)LTD, YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE, AT NACHAN ROAD, BENACHITY, DURGAPUR-713204, WEST BENGAL..FOR REPAIRING OF DISK NOT INSERTED.JOB NO.WDJ-99/11 DT.17/10/11 .AFTER TWO DAYS THEY ASKED ME TO SUBMIT FOR 50% OF REPIRING COST OF RS.2200/- WHICH I SUBMITTED OF RS.1000/- BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE TELLING THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR SPAREPARTS AND WHEN IT WOULD BE RECTIFIED COULD NOT CONFIRM.I AM REQUESTING YOU KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SO THAT I WOULD GET MY VCD IMMIDIATE WITH RECTIFIED .
Bought a 46" Sony Bravia flat screen LCD TV in summer 2007 when we took ownership of a vacation home on Cape Cod. We can spend only 2-3 weeks out of the year there while I'm still working, so we're not there all that much. This past August I turned the TV on shortly after we arrived, saw a picture and sound on the screen and changed channel (cable feed) only to have the TV go completely to black. No Sony logo or anything visible or audio. Cable input intact via other TV in house. Now awaiting diagnostics to be completed byu a local Sony authorized service center. Despite minimal use, product is way past warranty. Anyone have this happen to them?
ACCEL Care center, Eccelenza Services Private Limited at Nehru Place is pathetic and his owner Mr. Yoogesh has hardly any botheration of customers pain and suffering. My Sony Ericsson mobile is lying with them from 39-Sep-2011 but they every time they are making excuses. Not only this but when Bhowmik intervend and asked to generate DO for replacment of handset MR. Yogesh start finding ways to avoid DO. This is most horrible service centre for Sony Ericsso and I feel Sony Ericsson should think whether they want to continue with such pathetic servicse.
1. I am not getting any response from service center and they are delaying stating that part is not available (Mr. Yogesh Owner - [protected])
2. After discussion with Mr. Bhowmik ([protected]) he agreed to raise DO which will help me to get new replacement handset but Mr. Yogesh after that created lot of problems and started making excuses:
a. First he asked for place from where I have bought it – I shared it and bill also presented
b. Then he asked for place from where MOBILE store is purchasing it, he is saying without this we will not give DO for replacement of mobile
I have contacted Mr. Anand ([protected]) of Mobile store and he further provided number of Mr. Rahul Sharma ([protected]).
As per Mr. Rahul this information is not required and DO should be raised without this.
I feel I am cheated here and Sony Ericsson is worst of company in after sales. I am not getting any support on this and if not sorted out in next 48 hours I will take this upto customer court.

On 31 Aug 2011 Sonyworld Movers & Packers was booked to shift my house to Madurai .They promised to deliver my goods by 2Sep2011 or 3 Sep2011.But it was delivered on 05 Sep 2011.My 1 full big cartoon box full of kitchen items, table top grinder, mixer, 2 Stainless steel stands -slipper stand, kitchen stand & Reliance big tv antenna were missing which was reported the day one the consignment received.
Also i ve paid extra insurance for my goods to be transported.
The Sony world till now saying will get back after 2 days inspite of myself following up.IRRESPONSIBLE PERSONS SAY ITS MISSING AND WHILING AWAY THE DAYS.Please take prompt action for these kind of cheaters .I require my things or Approximate value of money inspite of me paid the insurance too.

I have a sony vaio laptop(e series) model number vpceb16fg bearing serial number 7000380. It is covered under extended warranty (serial -110913) valid till 12th march 2013.I went to the service center of kolkata(galaxy at golpark, kolkata) because of the problem that whenever i am opening the flap i am having a sound from the bottom assembly.They told that the bottom assembly, where the screw is attached to the hinge is broken.Sir if this is due to manhandling then why is it so that the upper assembly where the same hinge is connected is not broken.
sir plz help me to rectify this problem quickly because i am a engineering student(cse), else it will create an irreparable damage to my career and last but not the least why should
i pay for the defect in workman ship in your model, which is surely a case here. (the service center partly also accepts that its defective workman ship but they got no authority to provide that in warranty )
