Sonora Quest Laboratories review: Terrible customer service

They gave me a stool test kit to take home. The directions didn't match what was in the package. When I called I could not get through because their answering system didn't work (just kept circling back to the main menu) and wouldn't allow a way to talk to someone to answer my questions. I called my doctors office and they said bring the stool sample to the lab and they would record it. Since Sonora Labs do not have a receptionist, there is no one to talk to regarding procedure for dropping off stool sample. Too frustrating to deal with this group. I skipped this procedure for this year and will use another lab for next year.
