Sonora Quest Laboratories review: Not competent

I have been going to Banner on Warner Rd in Gilbert for years. As long as you have a dr from Banner all scripts were accepted by outside drs as well. Recently I was denied with no heads up that Sonora Quest only takes Banner scripts from their drs. So I asked to speak with the Banner Office mgr who went with me down to Sonora down the hall to request they honor my script. What is going on with Sonora Quest. They just want to sit around and do nothing? The waiting area was empty whereas before it was filled. They need to treat people much better. I'm sick of these antics and unprofessionalism.
