I worked with Mitch at Solaris - and he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Mitch walked me through each step in the process, got me set up, and followed up when life caught up with me in order to get my system to the finish line. The installation crew showed up ON TIME, and explained what needed to be done - customer service and support up to this point have been amazing.

Dorian did a fantastic job from start to finish and helped us make the decision to go solar. He showed up with great intentions and took his time thoroughly to explain everything that the package entails to include. We are about a week into our solar system being up and running! Not only was the installation an easy process, Solaris helps with all of the admin and paperwork for all of the incentives for you to get the most out of the system. I had a 16-panel array system installed on my townhouse in eastern MD. Excellent customer service, Mitch took care of it and was very thorough in the description of the process and financing. I asked him a lot of difficult questions about some of the financial aspects and he was able to give pretty good answers or at least follow-up. The installation itself was very straightforward and the crew was quick (about 5 hours to install everything), professional, and well prepared. Would recommend.

Christian did an outstanding job walking me through how solar has changed since I last installed them at a prior home (2013). From the financing options / rebates to the cost savings etc. he was very knowledgeable and was there throughout the process to answer questions - I highly recommend - I reached out to other companies and had a little run around - Christian was timely and professional and that certainly set him apart to me as I was selecting a company to work with and support. Great experience! I worked with Christian Williams who was amazing. I did a bunch of research before hand but my wife and I still had a number of questions as the process went along. Christian always took the time to answer everything and follow up when necessary. Definitely recommend calling the company and asking for him. The installers were also great. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. There is limited space by my house and the installers made sure not to obstruct my neighbors' properties. It's rare to have such a thoroughly good experience with contractors these days.

Toss a coin to your Solaris! Christian Solaris has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Solaris was a little more expensive (not by much, though!) than some other solar companies that my husband and I researched but Christian, with his sales expertise, really made sure that we never felt pressured and he remained in constant contact. We were sold on Solaris because of his demeanor and promise to never let us feel as if we were going solar on our own. The installers were very quick and informative of everything going on. This experience has been great and now we can look forward to making money on energy that we now own AND helping the planet! Nothing but win!

Very happy with my experience working with Solaris. Christian was very patient is explaining things and determining what was the right setup. Honestly it either makes complete sense (you're offsetting your electrical) or it doesn't (you're not). He has also been very responsive to questions, concerns, even issues with subcontractors. I had a small issue with the installer and Christian got on it (while he was on vacation). The proposal Solaris provides is very thorough and even includes a table of offsetting costs over the next 20 years. In my experience shopping around, I came across a few other similar prices that were in line with what i wanted to do but the reality is is that when you're making a multi-decade commitment to something, you want the right customer service and Solaris fit that bill.
