Snow Brothers Appliance review: Jumping on a broken band wagon

I purchased a $1000+ dishwasher,
had to wait almost a month for delivery and installation.
Installers said they couldn't finish be cause of a problem water line
and that a plumber would need to repair it. Had a plumber do the work, all is fine. But the installers didn't leave the necessary items (frame mounting hole plugs). I called customer service only to get the run around of who is responsible for the parts. They rescheduled installers to come back and install the plugs. Had to wait another three weeks only to find out the installers don't have the parts and they would contact seller for setlement. Probably would get the parts and mail to me for ME to install. I'm waiting for reply. I gave one star rating but should have rated ZERO!
