I am filing a complaint against Snappr *** for non- delivery of service transacted. I booked a photoshoot with Snappr via their website for Friday, 29th October at 2:00 pm. It was confirmed and the shoot was held on the day. I contacted Snappr to enquire the length of time it would take to receive the pictures back. They confirmed that the pictures would be ready after 48 hours, to which I contacted them numerous times on the status and update of the pictures, and whether I could get them sooner as they were needed urgently. I contacted the photographer also to communicate the urgency with which I needed the photographs, to which she assured me that they would be delivered in the 48- hour time- frame. I communicated with the Snappr customer service team numerously via email of my urgency to get the pictures back within time, to which I received no response and very little assistance. I was told by a rep that the pictures would be delivered by 3:00 pm on Sunday 31st October, and was assured they would be delivered by the 48- hour ***. I however, received no pictures even up to 3 days (72 hours) after the shoot. I contacted them severally stating that it had been almost 3 days since the photoshoot and that the pictures were yet to be delivered, to which I received no reply and nobody answered the numerous *** tickets I left via their website. I was not given any information on the status and delivery of the pictures, instead I was lied to about the whereabouts of my pictures and the delay that they were having from their Design Team in delivering their promise to finish and submit them to customers within 48 hours, as was promised in the terms and conditions on their website. I contacted my photographer to have the unedited pictures sent to me instead, as I needed them urgently, to which she stated that she was not allowed to send them. However, when I had previously spoken to a member of Support, they had said I could get them instead if I needed asap
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Horrible customer service no one calls you and there is no number to contact to reschedule after paying 468 for a 3 hr booking and needing to reschedule I cants even get to. No response and no ability to fulfill the confirmation of the photoshoot what was rebooked than the photographer sent a text they couldn’t do it.
