Snap Fitness review: very poor customer service

I put in my 30 day notice at the gym I signed up at and never recieved a call until today, the day I turned my access card back in, that the gym I go to most often is the gym I need to cancel at. If it had not been for the nice lady at the gym I actually go to I probably would have to pay another whole month for something I can not afford at the moment. He had the worst customer service over the phone and wouldn't accomadated me even though the trip to that certain gym is a half hour away and I share a car with my fiance. He would not mail me the card and said basically, "tough"! I seriously burst into tears the way he was talking to me. I had the feeling something was going to happen after all the negative comments and sure enough, it did!
