As I was going thru my child support statement to the card my child's support goes on I noticed on 11/18/22 I was charged $68.89 & 11/15/22 I was charged for $6.95. I called the support line & the lady said she could not refund my money! I have no clue what this company is for nor did I authorize any charges to my child's support card. I would like refunded my money cuz I did not make this charge nor do I know what it's for. Plus this got charged to my child's (child support card) so I need to get this taken care of asap. Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded to this account due to the fact that it's my child's support card & I did not authorize charges for this! I don't even know what this company is or for??
