I called to ask if our service contract included repairs. I was then informed that it did not, and that our contract had been terminated a month ago! I told the customer service representative (Chris) that we were never notified, and he told me, "You are responsible for monitoring your contract, not us. We won't notify you." He then told me to "turn on the news and see what is happening with oil"
