I called twice already about my garage door app not working. It's been a week already and nobody is calling me about it. They say they will have someone call me. So far nobody has. I can't wait till this contract is up. They will be gone the next day once its up. Customer service is the lousiest around. They have no knowledge of what they are doing. I think a 5th grader can do better. If I can give this company a minus star I would. Since they don't even deserve even 1 star.
