Kingsdown review: Started sagging at three months!

Unfortunately, I bought an Ethan Allen branded Platinum Plush mattress by Kingsdown. It cost over $3000 but I bet a $300 mattress would be better. Right off, I noticed it wasn’t as comfortable as the in-store model, but thought maybe it would loosen up. Did it ever! The sagging started at three months, then I noticed a huge bulge on the side, as well as difficulty sitting on the edge as it sloped down. Kingsdown said sagging after 3 months is normal! Certainly not in my experience — my previous two mattresses lasted well beyond the 10-year warranty and both were much more comfortable and supportive than this piece of garbage. They still haven’t decided about the bulge (two months later) but are trying to blame me! Ethan Allen is not standing by the product, either. I’m seriously considering a class action — Kingsdown needs to be run out of business.
