I'm complaining about Skout because they banned my account without any warning and it wasn't even a temporary ban they permanently banned me. When I messaged them about it they told me it would be restored within 24 hours and admitted it to be removed in error.

I waited 24 hours like they said and tried to log in.

It didn't work. So I contacted again and they said there was an error and it would be another 24 hours.

I waited that other 24 hours again. I even waited past it. And I tried to log in and now it is saying I have an Invalid login or email.

I tried to change the password and no confirmation link or anything came through.

I have been messaging them over and over again but they are not answering now. Yet, however, they definitely replied to my negative review on Google Play.

I spent money on this app and I did nothing wrong. I never got any warning or temporary bans. This is NOT the first time that they have done this either where they ban me for no reason. Along with many other people.

This ain't fair.

I just want my account back with the friends I made. Especially because I have a right to it when they ADMITTED it was removed in error. Screenshots attached.

I had been blocked a year ago, i tried to log in again but still the same message appears, i used a new number and created a new account via my tablet, but when signing in from the phone (with the new account) the same messages appear as if they blocked my entire phone ID.

I went to the settings => password and security => Apps using Apple ID => and stopped it from using the apple ID. Yet the same message appears when trying to log in again.

What shall I do ?

I literally just made the account and y'all blocked me like this is weird and I know for a fact I didn't break no rules my name is serenity now unblock my page ! Y'all need to unlock my page I literally jus made the account

My account was just banned for literally no reason whatsoever and I don't know why. It's saying that I violated the policy and my email was removed. Like what are you taking about? I didn't violate the policy. Like seriously, what did I do to deserve account deletion?

I would Like my account back please and thank you.

A few days ago I was doing a live stream with a friend of mine. We were doing a Christmas celebration and I got in the box as Santa. Everyone loved it. But when our stream ended, I was randomly banned. Keep in mind that I've never done anything bad on the app. I've never even gotten one of those temporary bans either. I was randomly banned and I don't know why.

They claim I violated their policy, but I didn't even do anything wrong to get banned in the first place. I just want them to restore my account back so I can log back in and stream.

Unenroll my number please. I've had four different men text me trying to meet up and i've never even heard of this website till now. someone's using my number falsely and it needs to be removed from the system entirely. i don't have any other complaints to list other than delete the account. so just delete it with the phone number attached below:

My mobile have been blocked

I tried to log in to my account and I can't; however, I had 8005 points for use. I paid for these points.

I got blocked last time for no reason and my account is still there ? It tells me I've been banned from using that service and I've done nothing wrong can you please unblock my account it took me months to get where I was at and it's [censored] that I get banned for no reason at all, I've been on the app for 7 months never got banned then all the sudden I get banned for good and I never got a warning and no email .

What's this? I was a level 29 on SKOUT if you don't explain to me what happened I'm going to court

Can you please check why my account been block without a reason? I was just chatting with someone. I have been having skout account for more than 10 yrs and I am a very active user. Skout is a platform for me to find friends around the world. I have had 3 serious relationship with the man i used to love through Skout. Please let me know the reason why I have been block suddenly.

I was on skout tonight. Just trying to meet some people, being very polite. All of a sudden I get Kicked off and when I try to logon it says I am banned. I would just like an explanation as to what rule I broke.I don't believe I broke any rules or was offensive to anyone or pornographic to anyone. And if there was an issue shouldn't there at least be an email explaining why. Please let me know, it would be much appreciated.

Apparently skout system has the liking to block innocent users denying dickbrain users' from sex chat, while they do nothing on those accounts. [censored] you skout for blocking my account! I never and will always block people who has the urge to start a nasty conversation, so what the [censored]? This apps has help me meeting people for the right reason! But then, seems that your term and service is towards sex offender I guess. [censored] you!

I contacted skout over a week ago asking them to delete my account & personal information. They have so far not done this and have not contacted me to explain why!
