Skechers USA harten relaxed fit steel toe slip on

This is the second purchase of this shoe in the past 8 months that the seam in the front toe has ripped out. This last pair was purchased from Shoe Carinival in Elkhart, IN and has only lasted 3 months. Both pairs of shoes have defaulted stitching in the same areas. My husband wears them for a job that is standing at a metal press. His dailey work does not put any extra wear for this defect to keep happening. Please see the attached pics. Note the inside label still looks new and shows that extra wear is NOT the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like full reimbursement. Each pair costs $85.

Skechers USA [protected] 14258-pkbl

Hi, I have purchased sketcher product having style number [protected] 14258-pkbl on 06/11/2016 skechers canopus mall, surat, india and now they have turned into misshape. I have also submitted it to the relevant shop as it was under guarantee. And reply was come as this has happened due to your foot. It is clearly seen that it is due to defective material. I have also asked to shop person for this at the time of buying. This was our first sketcher buying. And this is first bad experience we have faced to this company. So your reply tells us to put this bad product on social media. Ok? Am I right? You underestimate the power of social media. You must hear the voice of customer. If customer will not be satisfied then it directly affect you.

Skechers USA sketchers store

I went to sketchers store in san antonio on military drive and I decided to go to sketchers because reebok adidas and nikes hurt my feet I was walking around the store until I finally found what I liked and it was 2 pairs but I couldn't find the right size I kept waving at the 2 girls behind the counter they kept taking and laughing so I gave up then I had seen a young man walking inside the store with headphones on listening to music just walking up and down on every Isle he to couldn't see that I needed help when I would Flag him down I was inside the store for an hour and no help so I got mad and left as I was walking out the door they kept chatting away as if I was never inside the store and still no shoes not a happy customer

Skechers USA flex sandals

I never ever buy expensive footwear but I had surgery on my feet and needed something soft I can wear in the house. So I got the flex sandals and I love love love them! They're so comfortable, EXCEPT! They didn't last very long. I only had them for about 9 months and didn't wear them all the time! For the amount of money I paid I most definitely expected them to last longer!

Skechers USA men's suede slip on shoes

I normally don't buy Skechers that often but I had a foot injury a few years ago and decided to try a pair of your sneakers I was happy with them so I bought my aunt a pair for Christmas because she also has problems with her feet. We were both happy. My husband works in the restaurant business as a general manager and is on his feet all day. He usually buys cheap shoes because he goes through shoes quickly. So for Christmas I decided to splurge on any expensive pair of skechers for him because he had been complaining about his foot bothering him. As soon as he started wearing them the pain went away. Again I was happy but he recently finally told me that the soles had split a few weeks ago and his feet are getting wet. Well there went my happiness with the shoes! I am very disappointed about this. I am currently out on workers comp because of my injury and money is tight but my husband works his butt off and I thought he deserved a decent pair of shoes since he's on his feet so much. Now at this point I don't know if I will buy them again! Very disappointed!

Skechers USA shoes

I purchased a pair of slip on men's shoes from mark's work warehouse in Abbotsford British Columbia after about two months of wear the right shoe is falling apart. After inspecting it i'very noticed that one row of the double stitching around the toe was actually stitched together. I don'the feel inclined to deal with the store. Seeing as how my warranty period was expired. If this is a tough luck sort of situation I guess I'Lloyd never purchase your products again. Which is a bummer as I have a hard time finding shoes wide enough.

Skechers USA Worn out shoes within three months

Hello sir
I have bought a pair of sketchers from "REGAL SHOES JODHPUR"on 13/1/2017.It had been only 3 months and my shoes are worn out.I have spent 5000 Rs/- and within 3 months I am finding that my shoes are damaged.I need a immediate replacement as this is not expected and acceptable from such a reputed brand like SKETCHERS.

Skechers USA refund refusal

Dear Sir,
Kindly note the following :
1- first of all I am one of Skechers lovers for the last 10 years.
2- On Monday March 13 2017 I bought my last Scetcher shoes from Scetcher store Mall Of Arabia 6th Of October Egypt (Invoice no 32334).
3- On Friday March 17 2017 I decided to return the shoes bearing in mind that I did not open its box even and I called Mohandseen branch to ask them first of my intention and they informed me that I had to return the shoes to same branch that I bought it from in order to refund the money and this had to be within 5 days from the Selling date which was ok as I was at the 5th day .
4- Accordingly, I went to Mall of Arabia Store but unfortunately they told me that I would be able to make this refund as there was an offer of 500 EGP discounts at this day .
5- I told them that according to your policy I am entitled to make the refund and I mentioned my last call with Mohadeseen store but they informed me that I only could exchange with another shoes and with the price before that day discount 500 EGP .
6- According, I could not be able to refund my money or even exchange with any other shoes . I preferred to write a complain before any furher action .
7- Accordingly, I counting on your support to enable me get the the current discount of EGP 500 or to refund my the shoes value .

I am enclosing a copy of the invoice .

Skechers USA employee service

I was in the Skechers store on 34th Street, NYC on 3/17/17 3:00 PM.
Picked out 3 pair of shoes.
Went to cashier who asked whether I received a 20% coupon via email which I did not.
So I logged into my account, trying to find a coupon. The cashier asked to see my account. I showed her my phone and she redeemed my points WITHOUT ASKING ME!
That's so outrageous and even more outrageous, she couldn't (wouldn't) put the points back.
The manager SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. He did absolutely nothing, wouldn't even give me their names.
I am so outraged!
If lost my points and have nothing to show for it. No shoes, nothing!

Skechers USA work shoes

I've had these shoes for about maybe 6 months and it seems to be stretching out of my size one feels looser than other not sure what's going on with them but they wear comfortable shoes but now they seem to be moving as I walk because they are getting looser. These were very comfortable shoes and I was hoping they would last longer than 6 months of wearing them. I will not be getting another pair if I can't get the use of them like I need out of them.

Skechers USA shoes

I purchased skecher shoes from Elante Mall, Sketcher showroom, Chandigarh, India. The purchase was made roughly six months back in July. The right foot shoe has worn out and the stitches have also come out.
I have now come to USA, Boulder Colorado. I do not have my bills.
Could you please assist me. If it can be replaced nothing like it.

Skechers USA service

Worst experience at the Skechers in Lubbock tx the manager on duty was an older lady with black hair she was very rude and pushy I felt forced into signing up for the elite card I was never asked if I wanted to sign up she just said I need your first name last name and email address and when I asked for what she continued insisting that I give it to her for the reward card. I also over heard her talking to a few associates like they were ignorant and didn't understand what she was talking about I just felt bad for them they didn't look to happy to be working with her.

Skechers USA skechers shoe pair

I Bought a pair of shoe from skechers in last of Sep'16 (quite expensive).
But within 5 days i experienced some opening in shoe, some manufacturing defect.After complaining, store person exchanged the shoe . with that same shoe, other defect is also visible as it is torn out from ankle side, making it ugly.

I trusted this brand a lot and invested a huge amount on my shoes but unfortunately i am unsatisfied with this brand name.
Kindly help me to exchange the shoes with new pair or else i have to take a strong action against SKECHERS.

Skechers USA skechers d light

I brought the shoes and in four days my foot was hurt and I couldn't figure out why it was hurting I thought well I just got a break in the shoot Wednesday when I took my shoe off my right toe was really red . By Wednesday night it was really sore and swollen by Thursday morning it was so swollen and so pussy that I had to go to the ER and it turned out there was a knot inside the shoe so every time I walk in the press on my nails at the corner of my toe and press my nail into my skin . I love your shoes I have a pair that I've been wearing that we're having for year and a half it's just that this was a default pair . I sent you photos and I tried to contact y'all I'm not asking for much all I'm asking is for my hospital bill to be paid a new pair shoes and for Dave wages that I lost I don't want to get Tony's involved because I work for Walmart I just just like my hospital bill paid and my four-day bridges I missed a new pair shoes can you please get a hold of me . Skechers USA Child's shoes twinkle toes

Rarely worn shoes.. Light only come on in one shoe..
Purchased in canada.
See attached photo.. Shoes are in excellent shape.
Lights do not come on in right shoe nor does the music play.
I do not have a receipt of purchase.
Shoes were given as gift.

Advised to contact customer service by retail store. Told batteries could not be replaced, so the salesgirl thought.

Please advise..

Skechers USA ladies white memory foam tennis shoe

In the last year(2016) i have bought two pairs of the same shoe, sketchers white memory foam tennis shoe, at kohl's. I paid 70.00 dollars each pair, which is fine, but the first pair started ripping apart at the toe. I figured it was the way i walked in them etc., so i bought exact same pair after 6 months of wearing the first pair. And after 3 months they began to tear in the same exact spot. So now i have bought 2 pairs of shoes in the last 10 months. I am disappointed because i thought this was a good brand so i did not mind spending the money, but i guess i need to find another brand.

Skechers USA customer service - vaughmills mall

i went to sketchers at vaughmills mall location with the intention of buying my children shoes, but instead i got so offended and displease because i saw the sales lady pointing and screaming to my 3 year old son. (my son saw a box on the floor and move it using his foot) the box shouldn't be there if she was doing her job instead of chatting with her co-worker. she could have ask my son nicely but instead she yelled and pointed her finger at him, i know she didn't see me that was why treated my son with no respect. she may have been tired because it was a boxing day but it was not a good excuse to scare my boy like that. if she cannot tolerate the rush she could have ask her manager to not book her for work instead of giving the customers some attitude . She should expect kids their because sketchers sell kids shoes. She was so unprofessional and hot temper towards kids.
The manager at this location is well aware about the incident. I hope that she will brief her staff about the proper way to approch the customers so this thing will not happen again.

This is a a safety shoe purchased in late February. It got caught on a piece of equipment and this is the result. Would love to get these replaced. I don't think they should have torn up like this. What are the option? Do you stand behind your product?

I bought skechers lightweight which are very comfortable but the front part near the toes look like they have stained. Its because of the material used inside, it looks yellowish. Not happy wearing it.

Skechers USA 3 pair in 3 months

I started walking August 1st 1 mile a day eventually working my way up to 6 miles a day I have since worn out 3 pair of sketchers in 3 months their shoes do not last for the price they cost. Sketchers are way over priced for the piece of crap they truly are the soles on the shoes ware out before you can break them in good. American STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I bought a pair of woman's Dynamite Sketchers size 9 back in October, 2019. I LOVED these shoes. Unfortunately, for me, I now have a tear in the little toe area on my left shoe. No rhyme or reason for the tear. It's as if someone took a knife and just cut the shoe. I can't take them back to the store because it's been three months since I purchased them. If you buy something cheap, you can usually expect things to wear quickly, but these shoes are NOT CHEAP and this problem had nothing to do with wear.

I recently purchased Sketchers sneakers in India. The sole had number of red rubber pieces. These pieces started coming one by one during normal use. Now the sneakers make noice while walking. I am not able to find customer care center in india to register complaint or get replacement.

We usually buy Skechers at outlets and never have a problem.Bought this pair at Famous footwear and in a week there were holes forming.After 3 weeks they look 6 months old.
The quality is unusually poor.Maybe it's the material, not sure. But this is like the 8th pair of Skechers 1 being exactly same style and did not have this issue.

These skecher energy lights do not hold charge. Therefore they are useless. Total waste of money. Point of purchase was to see a happy child and enjoy the lights. Now i have very sad child. I cant believe skecher failed us. I would like this problem resolved and or a full return or replacement for giving skechers my further business.

Hi I found that the sole of the walk 3 the round grips fell out now on 3 rd pair this is such a shame as they are great .but this has put me off buying any more.and my son his have done the same

I purchased Sketcher Go Walk 3, they are fantastic.
The soles of both shoes have lost several of their grey pads making the wearing of the shoes impractical.
I would appreciate it if you could get back to me with a solution.

Skechers USA customer service

I was coming into shop at sketchers in Alamo Ranch in San Antonio Texas on July 5, 2016 around 5 pm... As I entered the building I was not greeted, and I noticed a young lady sitting on the counter playing on her phone, I looked around and there was no one on the floor to ask questions to. So when I made my choices I made my way upto the counter the young lady was still on counter playing oth her phone, I had to wait to be checked out because of customer in front of me, the manger on duty who was checking out would not even ask the girl on counter to get down and help by then there was someone behind me I almost decided not to purchase but the shoe were just to cute to pass up..

It's pretty bad you people hire that sits around doing nothing, I mean I seen a lot the could been done in the store. And to have a manger on duty that lets some one do that, that's not good ..

attention!are you currently experiencing problems and issues in your relationships? is your spouse cheating on you or have left you and you want he or she back to you? i never believed in spells until my relationship of 14years was threatened by a co-worker of my partner, i was adviced to seek him from a spell caster and after much persuasion i contacted lord tutu, as we speak james is back and has long apologized all in 86hours. Skechers USA plain rude and nasty

I went into skecher in florida City, FL on Tuesday October 28. Like any store I was greeted by a store associate. As I walk around A young lady by the name who later I found out that her name was Melissa Reyes was on the phone talking and laughing loud in spanish. Its one thing to be loud on the phone at work but its another thing to be rude and racist. I guess she assume because I was dark skin, I did not speak spanish but long story short . She talked about how “black people” live on nothing but the government and that she and her dad are the one who money is being taking just so people can leave off the government. Everybody is entitle to their opinion but if skechers let girls like her represent their brand they are in a road of wakening.
