I am writing this review to warn consumers about AliExpress’s deceptive buyer protection policies and refusal to honor valid refund claims for defective products.Order Details:Order Reference Number: 8210139216925015Order Date: April 17, 2026Dispute Case ID: 20538087587296251. Product Failure & First Submission:I purchased a massage/vibration belt that suddenly stopped working on September 7, 2026. Following AliExpress customer service instructions, I raised a complaint on September 8, 2026, and submitted four clear video demonstrations showing:The power supply equipment actively charging the unit (red LED turning green for 100% full charge). The digital screen lighting up, toggling timer settings (10–30 mins), and changing operational modes (F1–F5).Total mechanical failure—zero vibration, zero massage action, and zero motor sound both on standalone battery power and while plugged directly into the wall outlet. 2. Arbitrary Rejection of Evidence:
AliExpress rejected this dispute, claiming the evidence was "insufficient" and demanding a "complete inspection process." To comply, I resubmitted a formal, point-by-point Product Inspection Report documenting that the charger works, the LED responds, but the internal motor has completely failed. 3. Impossible Third-Party Testing Demands:Instead of honoring the dispute, AliExpress replied demanding that I provide a certified third-party technical inspection report from industrial testing labs like BV, TÜV, or CCIC to "prove the defect was not caused by human factors."Requiring a retail customer to pay hundreds of dollars for an accredited laboratory report for a low-cost consumer item is an absurd obstacle meant to force buyers to give up. It is technically impossible to demonstrate internal electrical or motor failure beyond showing a fully charged device turning on with zero physical operation. Expecting consumers to disassemble electronics or pay third-party labs completely invalidates their "Buyer Protection" guarantee.
Recommendation: AliExpress refuses to inspect returned goods, ignores clear video evidence, and protects sellers shipping defective products. Do not trust their dispute process or buyer protection guarantees.
