My name is Tracy P. I've been working with Lisa Baird to buy my home. I moved into my condo in May and leased it until October. When August came, I started the financing process with a lender my friend recommended. During this process, I found out that my property wasn't FHA approved. Lisa said I was making a big deal out of it and mentioned that two properties in my community had gone FHA. So, I asked one of my neighbors who told me it couldn't be done FHA. Lisa told me not to talk to anyone else and texted me that she was upset with me. She also said my lender didn't know what she was doing, even though she had been a lender for many years, if she couldn't do spot financing. Then, I was advised to use another lender, Warren Wilkins, who told me on several calls that he had informed Lisa it couldn't be done because of the lease contract and spot financing. I was then asked to have my credit pulled for the third time by Bruce Warbuton, who couldn't do it due to spot financing. I have that message as well. He said if I wanted to go to another property, he could get me a home, but I had already invested my money in this property. Later, I received a very upsetting text message telling me that it would be unethical if I used another realtor. I was then asked to use another lender and have my credit pulled for the fourth time. Before they pulled my credit, I asked them to make sure they knew about my entire file, including my bankruptcies. They said they looked at it and had underwriting experience. So, we got to the appraisal, and I asked if spot financing would be an issue. The lender said no because the home was considered a townhouse. However, the appraiser refused to classify it as a townhouse, so the lender went back and forth with the appraiser. They put the appraisal on hold. Apex informed me about all of this. Then, I was told that my loan would be denied because of my bankruptcies.

Very dishonest...I tried to explain that I wanted to stay in my home and was told I would be sued by the buyer. I was basically pressured to move out of my own home. Then to top it off, the realtor from Simply Vegas gave 40% of his commission to the buyer without telling me. He was basically working against what I wanted which was to be able to remain in my house. The agent listed my home way under fair value and then kicked back over $4,000 of his commission to the buyer without telling me. This is a very unethical and dishonest.
