I work with Bud M during the renovation and sale of my house. He know a lot, he polite and always there when I need him. I get an offer that's higher than what I ask for just 7 days after I put my house on the market and it close without any problem in just 30 days. Mr M keep me in the loop and tell me what's going on the whole time. If you want a realtor, I say go with Mr. M!

Amazin company! Im glad my grandpa recommended this company to me, they helped ease my mind when selling my house. *** and *** were extremely helpful at that first meeting and answered all my questions. *** made my life so much easier when it came time to selling the house. She constantly had my back when it came to dealing with buyers and their realtors. If you are looking to sell a house I recommend you give them a call and schedule an appointment.

We work with Bud M from Renovation Realty to remodel and sell my wife's aunt's house in San Francisco. Bud is a really nice guy. He work with us to determine what repairs were needed to get the house ready to sell. Bud work well with our budget and the house turned out beautifully. I was so impressed with him also on his ability to get all the work done within the timeline he originally gave us even though he had to deal with all the covid19 restrictions. The house was under contract within 7 days of listing it and we got well over the asking price. My wife and I are really pleased with Renovation Realty and especially Bud M and would highly recommend them if you need to renovate and sell your house.

I gotta say, Renovation Realty is the bomb! Keith, Griffin, Mirna, and the gang are seriously amazing. Our crib was a hot mess with a cracked slab, leaky pipes, and outdated everything. We were about to throw in the towel and sell to some investor for quick cash, but then we gave Renovation Realty a shout. Let me tell you, Griffin and Keith came through like champs. They hooked us up with a plan that made us some serious dough. And get this, they fronted all the cash for the renovations AND paid for me and the wifey to crash in a temporary pad while they did their thing. We didn't have to shell out a single penny, not even for interest! Mirna and Carlos were total pros too, selling our crib for top dollar in just a few weeks. Renovation Realty ain't your average real estate crew, they go above and beyond. It was a blast working with them and we even became buds. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a condo that I wanted to sell and I started some of upgrades but due my work schedule and to be honest my novice skills I wasn't able to make much progress. After doing some research and reading several reviews I decided to contact Renovations realty to see what they could offer. It was one of the best decisions I have made, working with my agent Lisa Carey as well as their project manager to review improvements that could be made to the property and how much they thought they could sell the condo after the work was done. All I can say they were spot on, after the upgrades were made less then a week on the market I had a full offer price which honestly exceeded the amount of money I thought the unit was worth. Over all it was a pleasure to work with their team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and/or use their services in the future.
