Simply Orthodontics

I had an appointment at Simply Orthodontics on August 13. After my initial visit, I spoke with Jennifer *** about 2-3 weeks later. She asked me to call my insurance company and let her know if they would cover the necessary services. I did as she requested and informed her that my insurance would cover it. Jennifer said she would get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since then. I called and left voicemails, and I also sent emails to Jennifer expressing my disappointment that she hasn't been communicating with me. I also asked for the x-rays from my initial visit to be mailed to me. It's been 2 weeks since my request, and I haven't heard anything. I decided to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. Simply Orthodontics responded by saying that I would receive a phone call, but no one has contacted me in any way. Instead, I received a "standard" letter with my financial options. At this point, I don't want to do business with Simply Orthodontics anymore because they haven't followed through and I don't feel respected.
