Sila Heating, Cooling & Plumbing review: Horrible customer service

Our central air broke. Sila came to repair and said the system was leaking; could try to repair but no guarantees, so we purchased a new system. They installed the next day. Guys did not seem happy to be here and rushed out of here. Well, later that afternoon, brand new system starts leaking. My husband and I called multiple times, and they are giving us the runaround! On one of the calls, it was a virtual assistant, not a human. They keep telling us someone is coming, but 24 hours later, nobody has come and the system continues to leak. Shoddy work to say the least, and even worse customer service.
