I bought a vehicle from the **** Walsh ***, which includes Sierra Motors, in 2020
I bought a vehicle from the *** Walsh ***, which includes Sierra Motors, in 2020. When I made the purchase, I also opted for a warranty forever, which I was told would cover bumper to bumper repairs at any Walsh location, free of charge. However, on 3/22/22, I had to take my vehicle to Sierra Motors (Walsh Location) because of an issue with the turn signal and tail light. To my surprise, I was informed that the warranty did not cover this particular repair. I explained to the employee that I had the Warranty forever, but they explained that it did not include exterior lighting. The employee even acknowledged that there have been instances where salespeople have mistakenly misrepresented the terms of the Warranty Forever, leading customers to believe it covers bumper to bumper repairs when it actually doesn't.
