On August 26th, 2022, I took my car to Fox Valley Volkswagen car service to get the oil changed. After the service, they returned my car to me. I did a quick visual inspection and noticed that my car had been scratched near the hood. The scratches appeared to have been caused when the hood was opened, and some of them were deep enough to require painting.
