I recently bought a used Toyota Corolla from my neighbor, but there was a strange clicking noise coming from the front suspension. At first, I didn't think much of it, but after two weeks, the noise became so severe that it started affecting the car's handling. I decided to reach out to Servco Toyota, as they are a Toyota dealership and I believed they would have the expertise to fix the issue. When I contacted them, I mentioned that the suspension seemed damaged and that the rear engine mount appeared broken.

I brought my car to Servco Toyota, and the Service Technician assured me that they would take a look. A few days later, he called me and informed me that I needed to replace the front suspension, struts, and sway bar. However, he mentioned that the rear engine mount did not require replacement as it was in good condition. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to the repairs and paid $1350. I drove off with my car, but immediately noticed that something still didn't feel right. I assumed that the car needed time to adjust to the new front suspension.

Unfortunately, the problem worsened over the next few days, and I even felt like the engine might detach from the car. Concerned, I returned to Servco Toyota, and after a few hours, the Service Tech called me to say that he had driven the car and found nothing wrong. I picked up the car and drove home, but the issue persisted and eventually, my car even broke down. Frustrated, I brought it back to Servco Toyota and expressed my dissatisfaction to the Service Tech, insisting that they needed to take action because something was clearly not right.

In an attempt to reassure me, the Service Tech mentioned that the company's lead mechanic had worked on my car and installed the suspension. However, I remained unconvinced and insisted that they investigate further. Finally, the Service Tech agreed to take another look and returned my car to the shop. Two hours later, he called me and claimed that the issue was resolved. However, he charged me an additional $223, attributing the problem to carbon build-up.

Since then, the problem has only worsened to the point where I can no longer drive the car due to safety concerns. Frustrated and seeking a second opinion, I consulted another mechanic who informed me that the rear engine mount is the actual culprit and that my car is in poor condition.
