Sierra Air Conditioning

Matt helped me with A/C annual maint & insp. He was nice, took his time, and knew his stuff. I really think Sierra is great.

We bought a house in April and Sierra put in two air conditioners. After 15 months, one of them broke and we had to pay $1000 to fix it because the warranty for labor had expired. They gave us a five-year warranty for the parts, but this sneaky company wouldn't give us a receipt showing how much we paid for labor and parts. They're just trying to get more money and not honoring the warranty. The labor should have been covered too since the air conditioner is only 15 months old. That's a really short lifespan for an expensive appliance. They should give us a full refund for the service.

Vincent was our service technician. He was nice and helpful, telling us what he was gonna do, what our options are, and made one recommendation for a surge protector on our AC. He also told us about their warranty program. 'Cause we live in the super hot Mojave desert, we got the warranty program; AC in the summer is super important. Also, blackouts of electricity were common where we moved from AND we just had one a couple weeks ago. When the power comes back on, it can blow the compressor on your unit out. That's a really expensive piece of equipment so we got the AC surge protector. The warranty program we just got, kicked in and we got a discount on it!
