Shudder review: Shudder entertainment company

I have contacted the company many times to cancel, and they kept charging me, this has been going on for 4 months or more. I had to contact the credit card company to get involved but after doing research and I found out that there are more customers that are going through the same thing. there is a bogus contact number which states the number does not exist. I believe this is a criminal enterprise. Please do something about this. I am going to screenshot this message before I submit. Thank you.
