Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note the following issue:

My courier was not delivered to my office. The courier service did not attempt proper delivery, and their behavior was very unprofessional. Additionally, the parcel was not packed in the correct size as required.

Please note that our shop is open from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Kindly ensure future deliveries are made within this time frame.
