Short Par 4 review: Membership points

I had 10 years worth of points that were paid for as part of my membership. I went to use them and they were gone. When I inquired I was told that an email was sent saying they were going to take the points. I did not see an email, however more importantly taking the points back is no different than taking merchandise back that was already paid for. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars with them and then they steal my points! Unacceptable!
