I redeemed a 3 month gift card subscription on 6/3 I still have not recieved my first box as of 6/29 even after being told twice it would be sent Order #XXXXXX, place june 6th still has not been fulfilled as of June 29th. Prior correspondence with company resulted in them telling me (twice) that I box would be shipped within the week. Yet this never happened. Cannot seek refund as the gift card was a birthday gift.

Clicked on email from vendor and somehow it reenrolled me in their service and charged my credit card. Refused to reverse charge. Contacted via chat and they agreed to cancel account but not to reverse charges. I will reach out to dispute charge with CC company as a fraudulent charge. It doesn't snappear that any product has shipped so they could easily cancel order.

Return and mulligan process and products available I have been a member of short par 4 a few times. I had a few boxes lately where the products weren't my style or didn't fit. I was able to return them with a charge of $9.95 and provided a credit for their store. We are going on 4 months and the store has not been updated. I inquired about updates and every time they try to sell me on joining again. I believe I currently have between $205-$250 in credit for their store that has either nothing in my size or style. I understand that would be the case however to not even be updated for 4-5 months is inexcusable. They make it easy to join but difficult to cancel or use the "mulligan" money. I inquired about using my credit in their other store got a response once then asked a follow up question and never heard back Stay away and save the headache.
