state issued id denied
I went to this location multiple times and a few times they keep denying a state Issued Photo ID. It is a Security Guard ID. Ohio Revised Code sets the standard for these licenses and issues them. I have ordered multiple times from the sheetz here in mercer pa and about every other time they mess up my order. The first few times i took it as they were extremely busy, but lately it happens no matter what. Tonight on 9/17/2019 i ordered the two hot dog combo with fries and a drink. On the hotdogs i requested relish onions and sauerkrauts. I received the onions and a lot of relish but no Sauerkraut. This has happened more than once. They also have made my orders very sloppy. I love sheetz food its good and at a cheap price, but honestly im not sure if i will continue to order anymore cause of all the problems i have been having with this store messing up my orders.

I sat there for almost a hour my bread was soggy and he tried to take my change my total was $3 and some change I gave him a five and gave me 19 cents back I go there every once in a while and don't have a problem I return few days later and then they had messed my hotdogs up and the manager didn't even do anything about it all I know is I hope if I go back it's better
food order not being correct
I am a sheetz freak and frequent this location a lot.I completely understand it may have been a one off as the business was high and I did notice some unfamiliar faces there. I reported this to the manager and she sent someone to handle it but he walked in, noped out, and ignored the problem. He did nothing while I waited for the restroom to be cleaned. I order a hot chicken wrap with extra chicken off of the menu this morning at 8:19 and the staff forgot to heat up the chicken before it was given to me. It clearly says on the menu that a chicken wrap is supposed to be a hot wrap. Also, the wait was about 8 minutes this morning and I didn't have time for them to remake the wrap since I had a doctor's appointment for my daughter.

Your employee Stacey is the rudest person I have ever met. She has no personality and gives attitude. Every time I go in she slams stuff down onto the counter and obviously does not care. Someone needs to say something to her, she needs to be a little bit happier or at least pretend to be. It's very frustrating as a customer to be treated like this, this location is definitely not my favorite.

Multiple issues with cooks not taking time to make certain food has the right ingredients and/or made properly.
This has been politely addressed and has been handled in a very unhospitable manner. Managers seem to not handle the problem correctly and even when food is made over it is made in haste and still comes out in a sloppy fashion. This has happened multiple times.
caramel sauce for french toast sticks
In several locations throughout Altoona the caramel sauce tastes disgusting and is inedible. Please tell those people that work for you to check whether the products don't taste like hot garbage before given to customers. I don't know if the caramel sauce is burnt or has expired and needs disposed of but I really enjoy your French Toast sticks with caramel but it's been ruined several times because of this.

I ordered a PLAIN breakfast sandwich. Just bacon, egg, American cheese on a bagel. They put so much salt and pepper on the sandwich that was not on the order that I could not taste anything else. Store 279 I get the chicken po boy everytime and the last 3 times i have had almost no chicken on my sandwhich i always ask nicely to please not include mayo or cole slaw and i always have it on the sandwhich . I ordered an egg and tarot tot breakfast burrito and all I got was a tortilla that had about 16 Taylor tots in it and cheese and no egg. It was just a wrap with potatoes. Can someone please refund me for this or correct this situation. I am pregnant and have severe morning sickness and sent my husband out for this and it was just a tad disappointing when he wasted his time and came home with this. Thank you for your time.

This Sheetz needs to have someone come in and see how this store looks and is operated. Their foundation drink station is always broken and leaking. The drinks are nasty. They don't clean up when it's leaking all over the floor. When I said something about it. I just get told I know. This isn't the first time I've put a complaint about this store. I've yet to hear from anyone. I love your store but it need some serious detail and maintenance

It was ice cold. I watched her spill it than wipe it back into the bowl. Tossed cold pepperoni and cheese on top then threw it in a bag all awhile [censored]ing because it was her break time. This was at store #411 in Lower Burrel, PA. Disgusting. I will never go back. I waited forever. Then I got a "sorry" and a scowl. The price you pay for the food then to deal with [censored] customer service.
food prep area was disgusting
I was in Gettysburg For the birth of my daughter.. stuck eating hospital food for a few days. I decided to get my wife and I some more palatable food. I am a huge fan of sheetz. I drink probably 5 gallons of coffee a month from your store! However my experience at this particular location was raunchy. The store itself is a relatively new one, i remember its renovation.but wow the management is not keeping it very nice. From the parking lot to the kitchen... they aren't to anykind of standard. My local sheetz store could teach this one a few lessons. I felt I had to share this image of the kitchen prep area. I would understand if they was at a busy time.. but it was late in evening probably 10pm, and the 4 employees behind the prep area was just talking and laughing about personal issues. My food was fast.. no complaining there, but it hard to mess up deep fried food and burritos. I just feel the kids behind the counter could be cleaning up a little better. The wrap on the counter was there for the duration of my visit. Not sure whose it was. I was only customer ordering food.
