I bought a sharp refrigerator for my parent. We found the fridge frozen function is not good. We contacted the sharp authorities service center at Batu Pahat Johor few times within a month. The answer given was not reasonable to me. I called to sharp Malaysia customer service and seek for other advice. After I sent all the photos of the fridge the the product manager and his feedback was the fridge look abnormal. He promised to contact the contractor and settle for me as soon as possible. However, until now it already another 3 months, problem still hasn't resolve. The product manager does not want to reply me at all. The complaint I submitted to Sharp Malaysia has not more follow up also. The contractor has told us that he is waiting for the spare part arrived due to sharp supplier change, etc...
