I purchased a hair drying system on 10/30/24 which was meant as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I called on 11/30/24 to inquire as to why I have not received my product. I was assured by the customer representative that she was processing a new order with priority status. Once again, I have not received the product and called customer service on 12/16/24 and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was informed that the product I ordered was out of stock and they were waiting for a restock. The company should have informed me at the time of the original order that this product was out of stock and I should have had the choice as to wait for the product or cancel the order.
Desired outcome: Consumers need to be informed if a product is out of stock. Desired outcome is to receive the product free of charge!
