I think everyone that had dealings with Sharetrackin should keep on reviewing on complaints board. Hello Peter takes it of on request of Marika from Sharetrackin. But not ComplaintsBoard. Expose the sales people that come in to your house, look you in the eye and steal from you. Do not stop your reviews and keep on reposting them . Please remember what they do, Sharetrackin takes no responsibility for what their sales people say, even though its scripted according to Moneyweb articles. They lie through their teeth, contractual misrepresentation.
Here is how the Sharetrackin scam work.
Their call center would call you pretending like they can get you access to accounts opened on JSE by Pension companies that has to by law open these accounts on your behalf
Lie
They will schedule an appointment to tell you how to do this. In my case their sales man Mr George Poolmam , working for C and K Moneyline/Sharetrackin came to see me.
Nothing to do with pension. They show you how easy you can invest on the JSE, by using their "software", they will give you each week a list of companies that you need to invest.
This information comes from their guru, and all you have to do is follow what they give you. Boom 40% growth on investment. Mr Poolman made out that you can pay the system off over 36 months. That there is absolutely no risk. That you will make enough money every month to pay for the system so it will be self-sufficient. I was promised that managing the trades would take only 10 minutes a week and that the R5,000 equity would be sufficient to generate returns that would cover the cost of the software. In essence, I was sold a system that was portrayed as being self-sustaining, with no significant financial risk. However, this has proven to be completely false. Even now, the trade opportunities provided are nothing more than chasing empty promises.

He never mentioned that the guru's recommendations cannot be used and it's only for educational purposes. Nor did he mention you will have to be in a two year training program.
So it is not as simple to only fill in the trades, you need to work and understand the market- after I told him I do not have time to spend he only confirmed I have to fill in the recommendations, 10min a day /week. On none of the recommendation PDF was there anywhere- "only for educational purpose". This only came out later when people starting sharing info on this company that I realised they are a bunch of con artist.
He promised a 100 percent refund if you do not make the 40% growth in a year, Failing to mention that it is trading in a simulation with pretend money and all the terms and conditions that go with it that you will never see the money.

I asked Mr Poolman Numerous times if I can cancel if I'm not happy and he assured me over and over again that I can cancel at any time. This is a massive lie seeing that you're signing yourself into a three year contract with a loan company ,signing yourself up for a two year contract with Sharetrackin for training and that you only have five days according to them to cancel.
I numerously stated that I do not have money for the system and he kept on assuring me that it is self sufficient it will pay for itself and that your return on investment would be greater than monthly cost. He also didn't mention that you signing into a 36 months contract with a loan company called CT International.CTI and Sharterackin work hand in hand -Mr Poolman filled in the contract between me and CTI and I never saw that document until 6months after. It was never sent to me and when I asked what's its for he only said formalities .
Mr Poolman is a ruthless con artist that does not care about the people that is scamming or the households that is hurting just for the sale.
Based on Money web articles The company Sharetrackin has been in criminal dealings for many years.

The training and support that they offer you is based on the two year training program and this was never mentioned. It was thought that the training would only be for the first while to get acquainted with the system and how to fill in the recommendations from the guru ,this was also told by Mr Poolman.

The software in itself is absolutely useless and it has nothing to do with trading. The amount of R38,000 charged for said software is an abomination. You are given a serial number for your software that you cannot download on your computer this gets done by one of the technicians pretending to download the software and all he's doing is creating a shortcut from a browser. The Sharetrackin technician Confirmed that there is no executable file and it's web based web browser only. According to the tech he can only "download" the software once they logged into your PC with remote access software- lie . They also just create a shortcut.

You will be led to believe that the software is necessary for trading and at the end of the day it is not all needed in any way shape or form. In none of the training sessions was it ever referred back to the software .You can't trade with it, trading is done on a trading platform .That is a free program that you can download or use in your web browser.
Being new to trading I did not know what questions to ask and it was convenient for the salesperson not to disclose any of this information. They take advantage of people like me, elderly, and even disabled to con them into something that they will never use. I have first hand experience with one of Mr Poolmans victims that he deliberately conned a disabled person, legally blind person with the same scam and with the same sales pitch. Word for word explaining the same to him of what the benefits are the 40% growth the return on investments No risk, self sufficient , cancel anytime. Sharetrackin (Marika) went so far as wanted him to lie about losing his job so that he could claim from a policy that he paid for with CT international to settle his debt. Talk about honest dealings. George Poolman should have never convinced him to buy a system full knowing he didn't need or will use. If he had so much concern he could have got his "training" people to help with setting up real trading and then just go from there without the useless software. These people are ruthless .
Based on hundreds of negative reviews on various platforms, all with basically the same dealings, you should avoid this company or any company that's owned are run by the same people, Chris Oosthuizen.
According to a Moneyweb article most of their Hello Peter positive reviews is generated from inside the company. So don't be fooled.
You should report this and every other company to CONSUMER PROTECTIONS COUNCIL,FINANCIAL OMBUTSMAN, CIPC
You should open a case of fraud for the misrepresentation on the company that employ these Snake oil sales men, most likely Cand K Moneyline, CK Moneyquip.
You should also check your contract with CT-International- The contract was most likely signed by the salesmen on CTI's behalf- also a big no no.
You should also be aware about the non existent useless software -that will cost you a ridiculous amount of money that you will do nothing with.
This supposed company promise you all these things and deliver on none. It will take hours upon hours of studying the markets, learning trends with no actual real life support from these educational clowns

Desired outcome: Return what you stole

We note Mr. Kruger’s review. Unfortunately, it repeats claims that we have already addressed directly with him and for which he has received full documentation.

For clarity, Mr. Kruger was made fully aware of his purchase and all that it entails:

1. Agreements: All contracts were emailed on 28 February 2024, received, and signed by Mr. Kruger.
2. Finance: CT International conducted a recorded call confirming the monthly amount, the 36-month term, and all obligations.
3. Cooling-off: In line with the Consumer Protection Act, a 5-working-day window applied for cancellation, which was not utilized.
4. Training & Use: Mr. Kruger completed installation, attended multiple one-on-one sessions, and at the time rated our service 5 stars.
5. Purpose: Our program is an educational system, not a brokerage platform. We do not promise or guarantee returns on real money. However, we do offer a simulation guarantee: if clients follow the rules and guidelines in our training and fail to achieve the targeted return in simulation, they may cancel under the terms of that guarantee.
6. HelloPeter Allegations: The submissions Mr. Kruger makes regarding HelloPeter and their credibility are defamatory and completely misleading.

Mr. Kruger has been offered ongoing training and support, which he has at times taken up. Despite this, he continues to publish statements that are misleading and do not reflect the facts already provided to him.

Mr. Kruger is more than welcome to send us an email, and he has our contact details.

Our commitment remains clear: to provide a quality educational product with strong after-sales support. At the same time, we reserve our rights to protect our company and staff against defamatory allegations.
