Sharaf DG — delivery time after buying a product
I bought a new TV 7 days ago, I was told it was going to be delivered within 5-7 days, but now I received an update that it'll be delivered after 2 more weeks (because it's out of stuck). So they're trying to secure as many purchases as they can by selling products which are out of stuck, and then best of luck chasing them for the delivery! At least they shouldn't claim the product is in-stock when it's not. So unprofessional and pathetic company. I'll never buy anything from there again.
I'm going to cancel this purchase and go buy it from somewhere else. I hope the purchase cancellation process will go smoothly (but I doubt)
