Shapewear USA review: Horrible product - rude support

The product is way too small and too short. If it was just too small I'd gladly order a size up, but the fact that the product was so short that it rode up my rear end painfully even hunched over means that no product replacement is even possible. A refund to my payment method would be the only feasible solution, and a refund was denied. Also the customer support people are extremely rude and straight up told me I didn't follow the measurement guidelines properly when I did follow them correctly.

They claim they offer “easy returns,” but they neglect to mention that they do not offer refunds on any product at all.

Also I was straight up told that over 99% of their customers for into their products using their size charts, but after reading other online reviews I found out this is not true at all. They told me that since I used their size charts incorrectly a refund would not be forthcoming. I’ve been shopping online for many years, and I’ve never once used a size chart incorrectly.
