Shamrock Chimney review: Rotten company to deal with

They were supposed to come out and put in a new liner and take down 3 rows of bricks and then point the bricks. They put in a new liner then tarred the chimney which is a fire hazard. When we couldn't get a hold of anyone at the company, we stopped payment on the check. When the installer found out, he proceeded to send us threatening texts and voice mails. Only when they discovered that we stopped payment did the company contact us. We sent them the pictures of the mess they made of our chimney and of the texts. They said they would handle it. They have done nothing but route us to different people with no results and he still works for them.
