Shamrock Chimney review: Highly recommend not using them!

Serious scheduling issues. They canceled and rescheduled 4 times and then showed up four hours late. Both times they were here, they asked to use our bathroom. That in itself is strange however he was in the bathroom for an extended amount of time. When they left, they left a mess that needed to be cleaned up. We were told that the chimney needed a lining and found out after the fact that they put the wrong size lining in. When we called another company, we were asked if Shamrock pulled a permit for their work. They did not. Very disappointing.
