I'm so stoked I found this company, it's seriously changed the game for me.

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Sezzle. I was trying to buy some stuff from Target on April 24th, and I was preapproved for $200. I was so excited to get my hands on some new things, but when I tried to make a delivery order for the full amount, it kept getting declined. I talked to a representative, and they told me to lower my order amount. I kept lowering it, but it still wouldn't go through. Finally, I switched it to shipping, and it went through for $197 and some change.

I was a little frustrated at first, but then I realized that Sezzle doesn't do a credit check, and there are no extra fees added. Plus, I was only charged $48 and change for the upfront payment, and the other three payments will be about the same. That's a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Sezzle. I'll definitely be using this service again. I have been a Sezzle customer for quite some time now and I must say that I have a good credit line with them. However, I would advise anyone reading this review to stay away from Sezzle and use other payment options such as Afterpay, Pay by 4, and even Affirm. I have had some issues with Sezzle and requested for hardship assistance as my mother had a stroke that left her partially paralyzed and wheelchair-bound. On top of that, I lost one of my jobs during the pandemic and the rent market in Orlando skyrocketed. Despite all these challenges, Sezzle only offered minimal help and I requested for just one more push of my payments.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with a customer service agent named Trevor who was not only unhelpful but also rude and condescending. I suspect that he is not even from the USA as most of the customer service agents I have spoken to have broken English and just read scripts. Trevor even went as far as requesting proof that my mother had a stroke, which is a violation of HIPPA privacy laws. I sent him a photo of my mother in her wheelchair but he deemed it insufficient. I have requested for management to contact me five times but no one has reached out to me yet.

Sezzle's customer service is terrible and they are now charging additional fees for different levels to get better options of stores. I owe them $500 and they won't help me, which means I will be late on my payments and they will tack on late charges. They claim to be there to help others but that is a big lie. I am so disappointed with Sezzle and I plan to send all correspondence to the corporate office and share my experience on all social media platforms.

I understand that customer service agents are just doing their job but Trevor's behavior was unacceptable. He should not be allowed to request such sensitive information and Sezzle should take responsibility for his actions. I am even considering legal action against Sezzle and Trevor for violating HIPPA privacy laws. I hope that Sezzle will take this matter seriously and either train Trevor better or terminate him.

Despite all these challenges, I am determined to pay off my account. My mother is 81 years old and has been through a lot, including a stroke, broken back, heart attack, and Covid-19. My sister and I take care of her as much as we can and we requested for just one more hardship push to catch up on payments. However, Sezzle's customer service has been a disappointment. I hope that they will improve their services and treat their customers with more respect and understanding.
