Piggy offers customer support through our online ticketing system which may be reached via email at help@joinpiggy.com. Regarding BBB Case#: ***, please see the following. Status In this complaint, Mr. states the following: It has been 14 months and no check! Account shows they should pay me $125 I have contacted them 6 months ago why I have not received a check. They told me vendors were slow to pay. It has been 14 months since I have received a check. I just want the $125 my account shows. They are making money off of me and I want to get paid what I was promised. Fortunately, this is not accurate. As of this response, Piggy has issued Mr. three checks, all of which have cleared our bank account (see exhibits below): On August 30, 2019 check number *** was issued and sent to the address provided by Mr. in the amount of $45.99. This check cleared our bank account, meaning it was either cashed or deposited, on September 5, 2019. On November 13, 2019 check number *** was issued and sent to the address provided by Mr. in the amount of $34.05. This check cleared our bank account on November 12, 2019. On May 15, 2020 check number *** was issued and sent to the address provided by Mr. in the amount of $32.63. This check cleared our bank account on May 19, 2020. To date Mr. has received $112.67 in payments from Piggy. Other transactions associated with Mr. are still in the clearing process - either awaiting payments from the associated merchants and/or waiting for Mr. to reach a balance that triggers. At the time of her inquiry, Mr. has a cleared balance of $8.41, with $7.16 awaiting payment from our advertising partners. Resolution Piggy greatly values Mr. patronage and loyalty. We understand that it is easy to lose track of payments received from an affiliate program such as Piggy. Our hope is that this confirmation of payments sent and cleared will provide Mr. the peace of mind to consider that matter closed and that he will continue to use Piggy and earning cashback in his future online shopping. Piggy Cashback not Received and Customer Service does not respond

Cashback not Received and Customer Service does not respond. Please see attached for documentation showing I should receive 15% cashback on my hotel reservation from 7/30 to 8/3. I have emailed their customer service with no response. I should receive 15% of $675.40 which is $101.31. Confirmation number for the reservation is included in the attached document as well.

This is reflected by over 40,000 5-star reviews on our Chrome Web Store listing, available here: *** We take every user complaint very seriously. Piggy offers customer support through our online ticketing system which may be reached via email at help@joinpiggy.com. Regarding BBB Case#: ***, please see the following. Exhibit 1 Mr. has contacted Piggy on multiple occasions, and in each occasion we have responded to his concerns, please see the following customer support email responses dating back to February 2017, with communication as recently as July 2020: February 2017 April 2018 July 2020 June 2020 May 2020 There are a number of reasons Mr. may not have received our email communications, spam or junk filtering by his email service provider or they could easily be overlooked in a crowded inbox, but we did respond to each of Mr. concersn. Exhibit 2 Mr. was correct in his statement that he had not been paid and was due payment from Piggy. He helped our development team identify an issue reflecting one of his purchases which had not been correctly attributed to his account. We have since corrected this and sent Mr. full payment of $88.21 covering his outstanding earned cash back. This payment has cleared out bank account as of August 12, 2020, the date of this reply. Resolution We would like to consider the matter closed and hope that Mr. will continue using Piggy and earning cash back, we greatly value his patronage.

I used this app/extension for years to build up to the withdraw point only for them to put roadblocks in my way to never collect. I have been using this extension for several years trying to get to a cash out point. I have been at their 25$ cash out point for over a year. Ive tried dealing with their customer service several times. They either say its fixed and do nothing or they say its been handed to a supervisor but they still do nothing. They say you cant get paid until your total reaches $25 and everything is in a confirmed status,but when I pointed out a transaction has been sitting uncleared since 11/30 they said its handled but it never is. Now there are two other clicks pending from December and January meaning I still can not cash out. My last contact or should I say attempt at contact was on July 17th and they said they were including their "senior executive" in my message and they once again did nothing. I just want my $25 Ive been working towards for literally 4 years.

Exhibit 1 Per our Terms of Use located at https://www.joinpiggy.com/terms, Piggy sends user checks on a quarterly basis, and users will receive a check for their cash back "Provided that you have at least $25.00 in your account available for redemption, your Cash Back will be distributed during the next available period." When a user makes a purchase using Piggy, the participating merchants report that transaction to us. We then wait for a merchant to make payment. The time frame in which a merchant pays us varies by merchant and often takes several months, in extreme cases longer and occasionally no payment is received. We completely understand the frustration that this must cause users, we are frustrated ourselves. At the time of her inquiry, Ms. did not have a balance of $25, our payment threshold. Resolution As stated above, Piggy sends user checks on a quarterly basis in February, May, August, and November. Since Ms. initial contact we have received payments from two merchants that have pushed her cash back balance above $25. Check *** in the amount of $26.65 was sent to the address provided by Ms. today. Our hope is that upon receipt of her check, Ms. will consider this matter closed and that she will continue to use Piggy in her future online shopping. We understand her frustration and wish that we could do more, but we are dependent upon the timing of our partners in when we can pay out cash back to our members.
