Service One Credit Union - On August 1st, 2022, I was looking to pay off a loan with my debit card
On August 1st, 2022, I was looking to pay off a loan with my debit card. The payment was meant for *** Credit Union (***.org). However, I mistakenly clicked on a link for Service One Credit Union (***.com) and ended up submitting a payment through repay.io for a total of $335, including the service fee. I have attached an image that shows the payment going through on August 2nd.
Unfortunately, on August 3rd, I realized my error and immediately contacted Service One Credit Union's Customer Service. They informed me that the payment would not go through because it was not a valid account. They assured me that the refund would be processed by August 4th. However, as of now, I have not received the refund.
