First Southern State Bank

The bank got bought out, got new cards in the mail but they ain't working yet. Still ain't got the new pin numbers and can't access the bank account. Our old bank, Vantage Bank in Alabama, was real good so we kept it when we moved to Texas. But now it got bought out and they told us there'd be a bunch of mergers. We got the new debit cards in the mail about a month before the switch. But we didn't get the pin numbers, so about 2.5 weeks before the switch, we asked for new ones. On April 20th, they turned off our old bank cards and we still didn't have the new pins. We called and asked for them again. It's been a week since we asked and we still ain't got the pins. We had to max out 2 credit cards just to get by and we need to pay our first mortgage payment for our new house. This is a terrible way to treat customers. As soon as we get the pins, if we ever do, we're closing our accounts the next day. Now I'm probably gonna miss my first ever mortgage payment and that's gonna mess up my credit, along with my credit cards being maxed out. I'm even thinking about taking legal action and talking to the local news. All me and my wife want is to get our money so we can pay our bills, but they still ain't giving us the info we need. Can someone just give me the pin numbers already?
