Servedfresh Purchased 2 items on 4/1, and received 1 on 4/26

Purchased 2 items on 4/1, and received 1 on 4/26. On 5/29, I reached out to verify the status of the unfulfilled product. It took until 6/6 for someone to reply to assure me I would receive a tracking number by the end of the week. I sent another email on 6/17 to request another update, and as of 7/19 NOTHING. I called the customer service number several times, but no one ever answers and the mailbox is full. I checked my order status again today, 7/19, and the item is still preparing for shipment. At this point, I just want my money back.
