Never give them your credit card, they'll charge it in the future years. They're still in business, which is a black eye for Colorado.

Senske Services is the real deal! They fixed our lawn after a bad fertilization and seeding job. They were super personal and professional, and now our lawn looks better than it has in years. They didn't charge us extra either. These guys really know what they're doing!

Senske Services is a great company! They did a good job on our lawn, but there was a little problem with the weed spraying. However, they fixed it and sent out a technician named Becca Garcia. She was really nice and listened to our worries. We've been using Senske for 12 years now and our lawn looks amazing compared to our neighbors!

Score is really a zero. Senske Services - Performed service not authorized. I was out of town taking care of a family member with a broken femur. While gone, I got a text that a service I had not requested had been done and I was billed for it. I had previously told the company to never do any services without my authorization. I have the email sent to them in 2018. Be skeptical of ever going with them. They will put you on automatic service and go ahead and do it and bill you even if it has not been authorized. They continue to hound me for their error and are sending me to collections. Of fun, someone else to hound me. I am not paying. DL

I didn't use Senske Services in 2020, but they did help me with my tree that was full of bugs in 2019. They didn't call me to ask if I wanted their service in 2020. The only thing I got from them was a bill for $179. Usually, a company would call to ask if I wanted their service and to schedule an appointment. When I got the bill, I called them and told them I was unhappy. I said I wouldn't pay for something I didn't ask for. I want them to cancel the bill. My account number is ***. I just got a notice from them saying I owe them money.

Last June, I called Senske Services to fix 2 trees that had yellow leaves. A worker came and drilled holes around the bottom of the tree trunk and put some spikes in the holes. It took about 20 minutes and they charged me $435. I paid by credit card and thought I'd wait a couple of years and see if it helped. This year, they showed up unannounced and treated the same trees and wanted another $435. I had no idea they were going to do this and I didn't tell them to come. I called them and told them that I refused to pay for a service that I didn't order. Now they're threatening to send my account to collections. This company has some shady practices, and I see several complaints for the same problem. They say that I have to opt out of annual service contract. There was no contract, and any notifications from them to me either went to spam or was trashed thinking it was an unwanted solicitation.

I had brown spots in my lawn and the guy said to raise the wheels to my lawnmower on my invoice. It didn't make sense because they were spread out over my front lawn. No other areas were affected. I raised them anyway thinking it would help lawn stay moist longer and lawn condition would improve soon. about a week and a half later I left on vacation for 10 days. I came back to large dead spots all over my front yard. They were closed for labor day holiday thru monday. My neighbor thought it was grubs, so we dug up a couple areas. No bugs. Saturday I went to Nicks Nursery and they said it was a fungus. I treated it Saturday so I didn't loose anymore of my lawn. Tuesday there was a notice they were coming Wednesday for service. I called the office Wednesday morning to tell them I was unhappy with the condition of my lawn. After explaining the problem she said she would pass the message to technician. Other than that didn't seem to care. When he came I told Claude I was unhappy with the condition of my lawn. He said why? I said did you see all the dead spots in my yard. He just shrugged his shoulders. When I asked him if fit turf was going to take any responsibilty and he said no. I told him then I was done with their services. He didn't offer suggestions or try to solve the issue. Just walked away and rolled up the hoses and left.

I called Senske Services last year in May because my hubby and I started renting a new house in *** that had a big dandelion problem in the front lawn. Knowing we would be likely moving out of state in June 2022, I asked for a one-time service to apply pesticides to the lawn. The Senske Services rep explained that they don't really do one-time treatments and would need to spray a few times, do liquid aeration, etc. and I agreed to those things and was sent a billing plan for payments to be broken *** in installments over 1 year ($61.63 per month for 12 months, so $739.56). When Senske Services showed up to perform services in 2022, I just assumed this was part of the year plan to care for the lawn, but they are now telling me I owe an additional $131 in 2022 payments (in additional to my remaining installments, mind you) for services I never agreed to that they performed in 2022. Upon researching this, I discovered that Senske Services has a lengthy history of shady business practices like this, namely auto-enrolling customers in future services without explicit consent. They paid the *** $125,000 in fines back in 2020 for this exact situation. I am frustrated because they obviously continue to practice business in this way without true consequence. I am a renter, knowing I am moving in 2022, and I would have NEVER agreed to 2022 services as I am moving at the beginning of the summer season!
