TrulyHome Concrete is the best! They helped us get rid of our old wooden deck and replaced it with a gorgeous stamped concrete patio that will last us for years. They are super professional, always on time, and their prices are just right. I highly recommend them!

Truly Home Concrete did our concrete patio in Oct 2020. Now, less than 2 years later, there's a crack down the middle. I used their online form to ask what to do. Seems too early for a crack. They asked for my address on 4/6/2022 and I replied same day. Haven't heard back since. Followed up on 4/23/2022 and 5/20/2022, no response. Want a resolution. They may be busy, but ignoring is not cool.

TrulyHome did a great job on our stamped concrete patio in the backyard. They were quick to respond and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Other companies didn't seem to care, but TrulyHome was different. They finished the job on schedule, despite the weather. The stamping looks amazing and the color, finish, and sealing are perfect. We're very happy with the results!

Truly Home did our driveway in March . After three weeks, we noticed the surface was turning to powder and washing away. I emailed them and they said it was okay and to wait for it to finish curing, which could take 6-9 months. In September, I asked them to bid on pouring a new pad for a shed, but they declined. Now, 9 months later, we have cracks, bumps, and pits, and the driveway still washes away. I've been trying to reach them for a month, but haven't heard back. I started a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com today and hope to fix the issue soon. We spent a lot of money on this driveway and it's a shame it was all wasted.

This company is a mess. The guy showed up way too early and didn't even say hi or bye. He was rude and dismissive when I asked him questions. The floor he did looks terrible and he didn't even bother to smooth out the dirt around it. His helper was just as bad, didn't even acknowledge me. Then he made me pay for another pressure washing because my grandkids left mud on it. He didn't even tell me to keep off it until after they came. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
