amos exteriors is a good company they do good work fast. they matched my old siding from 15 years ago really good.

this company is dope. they were super chill and knew their stuff right off the bat. they came through quick and got the job done right. the dude who did the work was a real cool cat and did a bang up job. i'd def recommend them to anyone.

Amos Exteriors is the worst contracting experience I ever had. We called them for soffit work, but they said we needed new gutters too (upsold us). After 3 months, we came home to new gutters, but they missed a section. They also didn't finish the original soffit work. Despite this, they sent us a bill. We've been getting the run around on completing the job ever since.

So, I was driving this morning and almost got run off the road by an Amos Exteriors employee. It was super foggy and this guy was tailgating me so close that I couldn't even see his headlights. I tried to slow down and move over, but he just passed me in my lane and almost caused a serious accident. He was going way too fast and didn't seem to care about anyone else on the road. I called the company to complain and I'm still waiting to hear back from the boss. Not cool, Amos Exteriors. Not cool at all.

They did a good job on my roof and helped me deal with insurance stuff for months. But when it was time for gutters and downspouts, it was a mess. It took over 3 weeks to schedule after the roof was done. They only came to do the job when I said I'd get someone else to do it. They were unprofessional and lied to me about sending someone to work on the job. Don't use them.

This company is a no-go for me. Their workers were drinking on the job and left Mexican beer bottles in my backyard. They never showed up on time and took way too long to finish a simple job. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. When I complained to the project manager about the drinking, he just said they've had issues with that crew before. I couldn't believe they let that happen. Don't make the same mistake we did and hire this company.

Philip P was great to work with. He knew his stuff, was professional, and was easy to talk to. He kept us in the loop about when the crews would come to do the roof and gutters. He said they'd clean up after themselves, and they did. We didn't find any nails in the yard after they finished. The gutter and roofing crews were both pros. They didn't blast music like some other crews in the neighborhood. The roofing guys worked from 7am to 10pm. They were really hard workers. Our neighbor asked who we used and she's going to use Amos Exteriors too. She's picky, so that's saying something. I give Amos Exteriors 5 stars!

Me and my partner had a big ol' hail storm and needed some work done on our roof. We talked to *** from Amos Exteriors and he was a real cool dude. We went ahead and got a full roof replacement, gutters, and facia. They said they'd work with our insurance but we knew we'd have to pay for some of it ourselves. We got the agreement in September after we got some financing. They did the roof in September but there were some problems. The venting didn't look right, they messed up our gutter, and they crushed some bushes. They also left all their stuff in our driveway. We tried to contact them a bunch of times but they never got back to us. Even the owner, ***, was being a real jerk to my partner. We're worried about our leaky gutters messing up our house and we feel like they didn't treat us as well as they would have if we were straight. Our neighbors who are straight had no problems with them. We attached some pictures and the agreement so they can fix their mistakes.

Amos Exteriors got paid by insurance for my roof and siding damage, but they haven't been answering my calls or emails for 6 weeks now. They replaced the roof after hail damage in March . Their sales guy told me to use a public adjuster called Elite Claims from ***. We agreed that they would get 20% of the money and the rest would go to *** for the repairs. I only had to pay the deductible. The adjuster was really bad and didn't communicate well. The insurance paid out the actual cash value estimated. On 6/29, the adjuster emailed the contractor and they signed an estimate for $8056.05 to replace the roof. On 7/12, they signed another estimate saying that any extra money from the insurance for the roof would go to *** and Elite Claims. On 9/14, the last estimate from *** was for $9659.47, which included recoverable depreciation because the roof was done. They added $623.29 for debris removal and labor minimums. Elite Claims got 20%, which left $8226.21 for the roof. On 9/16, I talked to someone at ***. On 12/8, the siding portion of the last Allstate estimate was ***. After taking out the $2500 deductible, Elite Claims got $782.77. Adding up the check stubs paid to *** from Elite and the deductible, I'm owed $13,782.07. Taking away the $8226.21 that the insurance paid for the roof, I should get $5555.86. But since 9/16, *** hasn't answered my calls or emails, and Elite Claims hasn't responded since 11/18. I guess they don't care anymore, but I'm still owed my money.

I started gettin' a quote for windows and doors from Amos Exteriors on Feb 25. Had to wait a week for financing to get done. Then they told me it would take 3 months to get the windows and doors installed. I had to call 'em back in June to see what was goin' on. Took a few texts to get a response. Finally got a call sayin' they were waitin' on one window and it would be there soon. The windows were finally installed on August ***. But one door was made wrong and hasn't been installed yet. Another door was framed wrong and won't shut. I called the installer right after he left but he never called me back to fix the problem. I waited till October to call back 'cause I was waitin' for my other door to come in. Still nothin'. Sent a message on their website askin' for an update. The lady who called me back was rude and sent me an *** cup bouquet, which didn't make up for the mistake. Her tone was professional, but if I talked to customers like that, it would be unacceptable. Finally, a new installer came in October and said he was gonna talk to someone higher up to fix the doors. Never heard back from him either. Messaged 'em again on 12/8 and got a call for a quote about work being done. I told 'em my address and that a supervisor needed to fix my issue. Please help me get my house fixed. Money back would be nice. Thank you.
