We got Yeureka through BJs and were a little skeptikal. We did hit a small ruf patch during the installation process, but the end result was quality work. We have neighbors, who have been admiring the work and asking for their contact.

We hired Yeureka Home Remodeling, LLC to do our home siding. At first, we agreed to finance the project. However, the very next day, my husband called our salesman and his manager to cancel the financing and pay in cash instead. They told us that our paperwork had not been submitted and the financing process had not begun. We felt reassured by this.

But, lo and behold, a month later, we received a letter from the credit bureau informing us about an inquiry into our credit. This left us wondering whether they actually submitted the financing request or not. It was quite confusing and frustrating.

Me and my wife was lookin' for some new Windows and sidin'. This guy from Yeureka came over and showed us what they got and answered our questions. He made us feel real good about goin' with 'em. The price was a bit higher than what we wanted, but it was worth it. Our house looks all shiny and new now and the installin' went real smooth. The crew showed up early and worked hard all day. They cleaned up so good, you couldn't even tell they was there. I'm definitely gonna tell folks to check out Yeureka!

This company is the worst! Don't use them! It's been a total nightmare. Any good reviews are probably from their buddies or coworkers. On August 20, BJ's referred me to Yeureka and promised satisfaction, but it turned into a nightmare. It's now July 21, 2022, and I still don't have a roof. They sent a subcontractor who took 4 weeks and then we had to fire him. On the first day, he removed a small part of the roof and left it exposed, claiming he was airing it out. That night, it rained inside our attic and ruined our clothes and books. They even left their empty water bottles lying around. They left garbage and cigarette butts and made tire marks in the yard. They didn't even pick up the nails. The water damage has leaked into our walls. They sent someone else to finish the job, but it was installed wrong and flew off after 45 days! They took 49 days to send someone to tarp our roof. Then they sent another contractor who said the whole roof was installed completely wrong with gaps in the plywood and improperly nailed shingles. They tarped the exposed roof, but no one is returning our calls, even in July 2022! BJ's claims satisfaction guarantee, but we're still paying for a tarped roof!

My husband and I contracted Yeureka home remodeling to replace the exterior door, a couple of windows and the siding on our home, this began May 2023; however, the start of the job was extremely delayed due to inclement weather and waiting on the materials. As of August 3, 2023, there is still work to be completed, materials that have not arrived. The contractors were given a list of the outstanding items and work that still need to be completed. The phone calls and emails are no longer being answered by Yeureka and now the subcontractors are texting and stating they will be placing a lien on my property for the money they are owed.The contractors of Yeureaka informed the bank that all of the work has been completed, which is not true my husband efxplained that there is still work that needs to be done and now the bank informed him the first payment is due on August 23, 2023. Yeureka Home Remodeling, LLC replaced all windows and sliding glass door in November . In May , we let them know about a broken seal on one window. They said it's no problem, still under warranty, and they have the measurements. They ordered the window, but we waited for 4 months before calling again. Since then, a back window won't lock properly and lets in hot and cold air. The sliding glass door was okay until today when rain came in through its flimsy screen door. On 9/12, someone from *** brought a window, but it was the wrong one (bottom instead of top) which we needed. We called multiple times, but they kept saying they had a shortage of workers due to Covid-19. Eventually, we found out we were blocked. On 3/8, we received an email from *** and sent pictures of all the defective products. He mentioned something about grid configuration, which wasn't our complaint, and then our service was closed. He acknowledged the faulty screen door, but nothing was done about it.

Yeureka Home Remodeling, LLC did a roof installation on my house. The issue is, it wasn't installed right above my den and started leaking. After many tries, I managed to reach a "manager" at the company to send a worker. The worker came and tried to tell me that there was a hole in my siding, but the roof was fine. I insisted on speaking to the project manager. We had a very heated conversation, and eventually, he sent the worker back to the roof to remove some tiles and prove it was fine. I watched from my bedroom window as he pulled up the tiles, and the wood underneath was soaked. Everything had to be torn up and reinstalled because the roof WAS installed incorrectly. I made multiple calls and sent text messages, and they promised a project manager would contact me yesterday to fix my den ceiling, which they admitted was their fault. However, I still haven't heard from them. Now there's mold in the ceiling, and I'm highly allergic to mold, so I always carry an epipen. I've tried reaching out to them several times through phone, email, and the "contact us" form on their website, as well as a cell phone number I managed to find, but still no response.

This spring/summer, I noticed some shingles missing from my roof due to a few storms. So, I started looking for someone to fix it for me (around June/July ). I met with a sales rep who gave me a quote and insisted that the entire roof needed replacement. Around the same time, I also noticed a leak where the garage roof met the main structure. Additionally, I observed moss growing on the shingles' top and along the siding where they met. Upon closer inspection, I realized there was no flashing in that area. I expressed my concerns to Yeureka, and Moush B assured me that the 'ice and water shield' they installed would prevent any issues. However, my roof wasn't installed until October , and I had to fix the wall myself, paying out of my own pocket. After a few days, when I finally had time to paint it, I noticed the wall was soft again and the leak had returned. I called another contractor to assess the situation, and they informed me that there was no flashing, causing water to run off the roof and under the siding. I reached out to Yeureka for assistance but received no help. They bombarded me with constant calls, emails, and texts during the holiday season, making it difficult for me to get in touch with someone. Finally, after several days, Michael V (VP of operations) told me that someone from production would contact me to inspect the issue. However, it took almost a week for me to receive a text message without a name, stating that they were working on sending someone for a detailed inspection. I have never felt so deceived. Firstly, the "finance department" misled me by lying about my income to secure financing from a bank, claiming it wouldn't be verified. When I expressed my discomfort with such dishonesty, they financed me without informing me about the remaining balance due.

I ordered these windows and doors on April 5. The order didn't start until August . The installers came to replace 18 windows and three doors in my home. I had a concern about two of the windows because they were antique windows on the bottom, and I was told they could use the same antique glass to replace the window. But when they finished installing the windows, they said they couldn't do that and could order frost glass for the bottom of both windows instead. One of the windows was the wrong size, so they had to reorder it. It took months for the window to come in. It took even longer for them to come and complete the siding.

After they installed the doors, they didn't fix them properly. My front door is the wrong style and the other doors have poor workmanship on the inside. The front door is one inch too short and doesn't have a mail slot, even though I ordered a different door with a mail slot. The other door has gaps where I can see light through the sides and the top/bottom. The workmanship doesn't look professional, and I'm concerned that the doors won't hold up over time.

My daughter and I have been on the phone with Yeureka several times. They have come out three or four times to take pictures and said they would take care of the problem. But as of now, the problem hasn't been resolved, and no one has tried to contact us. Also, the bank GreenSky Loan has been calling to collect their payment. My daughter tried to contact them to help solve the problem, but she didn't get any response. The bank is starting their monthly payments, but the company hasn't completed the job. I have an agreement with them, but they haven't finished the work. I don't have a warranty, so if the product breaks, I have no one to contact. Now I'm in the process of looking for someone else to complete the job, and I have to spend more money. This rollercoaster started on April 5, and as of today, July 10, the problem still hasn't been resolved.
