Semper Solaris review: Poor customer service responsiveness

I have a preexisitng solar panel system and chose Semper Solaris to install a backup Powerwall. The back and forth regarding location and permitting sometimes took multiple calls and the information was generic.

The installation itself was professional, however, I was surprised that used circuit breakers were installed. Shortly thereafter, we had a rain storm and the circuit to my refrigerator tripped and could not be reset. I made multiple calls with no responses, often reaching the answering service, who took the same information and "passed it on." Five days, and several hundred dollars of ruined food later, the breaker was replaced and power restored. I was assured that the other breakers were ok.
On December 23rd, during another rain, 2 other circuits went out and could not be reset. It is now December 28th, and I still haven't heard back, despite at least 10 calls.

I chose Semper Solaris due to their support of Veterans. Their technicians, once they get to my house, are great.

I am extremely disappointed by their lack of responsiveness of customer service.
