Hable con varias companias de solar, no me gustaba como se expresaban y tampoco eran realistas. Luego conoci Sunvena y me encanto porque todo lo que ofrecen es real y sincero, mi representante me ayudo en todo lo que yo queria, me explico muy bien el funcionamiento de los paneles a futuro lo cual eso me motivo a colocarlos, el equipo de instaladores fueron muy amigables y trabajaron super rapido y limpio.

The presentation of my representative Christian was very professional, very friendly, answered all my questions. The whole procedure was excellent. What I love the most about SunVena is that they have the option of installing the solar panels on a pergola made by the same company. The team of installers were also excellent, professional and left everything clean. Wonderful company, I recommend it to all homeowners.

My experience with SunVena has been excellent. I had previously been working with another installer who wasn't doing well with following up on the status of the project, and months down the road it seemed like we were starting from scratch. I then looked for new quotes, and was drawn with the excellent reviews for SunVena. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment and Russ came in very thorough and informative about the process and making it easy to move forward. (The price was better than other quotes I had received, and the financing process was easy as well.) From there, the install for the roof replacement was quickly scheduled, and the install for the solar soon after. Russ has kept me updated all along the way, and it went smoother than I could have expected. I can't wait for the system to be up and running and appreciate the great communication and seamless process from SunVena.

Until now, thank God we already have the system installed on our property. When we were first introduced to the solar, we knew nothing about how it worked. Our initial consultation served as such a great education and learning process for us. SunVena spent more time educating, than trying to convince us we needed to go solar or simply trying to "sell" us something. We chose SunVena because of the people; they are trustworthy and high caliber people... so much so that we did not "shop around" with many other companies. The installation process was seamless and the app we use to monitor how much "power" our system is producing is fun and works great. Because of the company's rapid growth and rising reputation, there are times where we've wanted a bit more customer service/support than we've had. But, ultimately, it's not been anything major. We know as they scale, more measures will be put in place and there's no doubt, our 4 stars would become 5. We're about 6 months into our solar experience thus far and are excited to see what this whole year brings!

By chance I heard an ad on the radio and I responded to it. We were extremely fortunate to then meet Jason A, a Sunvena sales rep. Jason showed extreme poise, he was very educated on his product and vastly proficient throughout the entire process. From my past experiences with any company/sales rep, it was seldom and refreshing to meet someone so genuine. Jason was exceptional in his representation of Sunvena. He took his time and explained every step of the process very thoroughly, was brutally honest and showed us how simple and affordable it was to go solar. This has been a dream of ours, and Sunvena made it possible. I wasn't there for the installation, however my spouse was blown away by Alex's knowledge on the installation, his crew and their determination to have a successful install without any damages to our property (especially our roof) even though it poured intermittently throughout the entire day. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I certainly look forward to the day I don't have to pay for energy!

All the service was excellent from the start. On the day of installation Martin was present, this made us feel confident in our decision. The installers are very professional, punctual and did the job very quickly and efficiently. When they left they left the area clean. We are happy to have chosen SunVena.

I can't be happier with our experience start to finish. We had toyed with wanting solar for years but like most others didn't think we could afford it. Jason, their sales rep, came to our door and literally changed our lives...not only is solar now affordable, it's cheaper (with these guys) than regular power! He blew our minds as he walked us through every step of the process. I believe we've not only made an important first step to solidifying our financial security but we did it while helping the environment and gaining a true friend in Jason...I mean, even my cat loves this guy! He's calm and thorough, he knows every aspect of this buisness without being condescending, he made our experience an absolute pleasure! But I gotta brag on their install guys too...all four of them were extremely professional and knowledgeable (specifically Alex) the other guys didn't talk too much but Alex is an outstanding young man! They worked all day even with the rain continuing to come...never even asked to use the bathroom, just kept going! Each and every one of them is a true asset to the SunVena company! If you're even the slightest bit curious about solar energy you have to give these guys a call!

Stefan was wonderful. He updated me every step of the way and also took care of getting approval from my HOA. He was very informative. He also had my appointment set up for me on a day that worked for me when I got back into town. The installers were at my home prompt early morning to do my install. They showed me the panel on the outside of my house and told me what I needed to do in case of an emergency and that the inspector and FPL would be out to inspect the panel and change the meter to the smart meter. They made sure everything was picked up out of the yard and told me everything was complete. I was very impressed that they were prompt and that it didn't take all day to install the solar panels. Stefan stopped by after the installers were done to check on how the process went and to take pictures of the system using the drone. Also, Angelica from the office reached out to me to set a time to come over to answer some questions on how everything went for me. Both of them sat down with me to hear how the process went for me, Overall, the entire process went smoothly and I can't wait to start using my solar panels and starting saving money on my electric bill and better yet making a difference with going green. I would definitely recommend SunVena! They were great!
