rebooking schedule

i booked for fukouka to manila dec 20-jan 13 but unfortunately my company did not approved it so i want to rebooked it on dec 22-jan 4 but selfies travel and tour agency told me that theres no flyt on that day even if i told them that i saw from your app that theres an available schedule.. can you give me a flight on that day for me to have a vacationpls help me for my problem thank you very much
